About the Hotel
With 148 Conch-style waterfront and garden view rooms, suites and cottages, recently revamped Parrot Key Resort is the epitome of a classic dignified beach community just off the bustling Key West Duval Street and Historic Old Town. The property encompasses 5 acres of neatly landscaped tropical grounds, an internationally acclaimed sculpture garden and swaying palm trees. Mangroves and bougainvillea skirt the powdery beach, which edges the Gulf of Mexico. Gleaming white trim, picket fences and comfy porches with colorful Adirondack chairs made for leisurely lounging set the bucolic tone. Extra roomy accommodations are decorated in cheery pastels with chic handmade wooden furniture and wicker loungers. Notwithstanding the nostalgic beach cottage atmosphere, tech amenities abound in each room: there is property-wide complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, a flat-screen television, DVD player and premium cable service. We will be back!
We loved the Parrot Key, the shuttle was a great amenity and the drivers were attentive and friendly! We wished the adult pool was open past sunset. We loved the pool, and the heated aspect of the pool. The dining and drink options on resort were pricey. But when we did order, it was good! The bed was pretty firm, and the shower temperature was finicky. We will be back for sure! Beautiful resort, rooms, and pools.

Super tropical trip to the keys!
Great trip to Parrot Key! We took a friends trip for my sisters 40th! The hotel was tropical and super fun! Loved the room, pools and pool bar! Would definitely return with my husband and kids!! Place was nicely decorated, chic and cute! Beds were comfortable. Views from the balcony were stunning!

False prices
False price advertising on AirBnB. Our team came in for a business trip and we were slapped with mandatory valet parking and resort fees. When we asked about it the staff were rude and clearly this is a persistent problem. Watch out for your wallets.

Staff goes above and beyond and beautiful grounds and rooms! Book the room here!
Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful grounds. 4 pools! Great room, clean and the rooms had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Got free chairs and towels at Smathers beach with our hotel key! Free shuttle service. The best part of our stay was Kate the bartender though. Kate made us feel so special and checked in with us everyday and gave us great recommendations. Jose a valet guy was also incredible! Jose ran prbly a quarter of a mile after our taxi because my boyfriend left his bag at the bar. The staff here goes above and beyond. Thank you Kate, and Jose and the rest of the parrot key staff. We will def stay again.

Great trip!
Fantastic staff and a great resort. It’s huge! The restaurant staff, and the concierge were exceptional! My girlfriends and I went to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we have so many amazing memories. Many, many belly laughs were had, and the Mudslides during happy hour were AMAZING!!
