The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

The entire staff, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant, the pool staff, the valets, the housekeepers, everyone, were professional, caring and efficient! They made our stay wonderful, we were treated like royalty! Management, in particular Sophia Dillon, has clearly selected and trained the best people for each position. The facility was clean, comfortable and cheerful. We will definitely make this our home every time we visit Key West!

Expect your weekend stay to include a full house and a DJ party outside your ocean-facing room. Valet parking only but you are located right in the heart of Old Town so you can walk to Duval Street, the Southernmost point marker (go at 7am for no line and better light), and Mallory Square’s sunset celebration. We were told we got an upgrade as Diamond elite members but it was just a standard room. Maybe the upgrade was a higher floor?? Staff at check-in was pleasant, and there’s a concierge if needed in the lobby with a lemon water dispenser. Your room won’t be ready until til at least 4pm so you can store your luggage easily with the valet. The room itself was clean, water pressure was good, and towels were fluffy. Diamond elite breakfast credit was easy to use in Four Marlins and the food was generous and beautifully presented. There’s a nice gift shop with sundries, coffee, pastries and some resort wear. In all, we had a nice stay and would return.

Always an amazing stay at The Reach! From check in to check out, every employee at this hotel wants you to enjoy your visit! Gladys at the front desk, to Stephanie and Lillie at the pool, Kim, Mike and Constantine in the bar/restaurant…all making sure we are happy! The property is beautiful and the beach is cleaned daily. They have recently renovated their elevators, which are modern and beautiful! Can’t wait to return in March!

We’ve stayed at this property numerous times and it’s running better than ever. The current staff is much friendlier and more efficient than in years past. Willow at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Lilly and Stephanie were amazing and made sure we were hydrated and nourished while visiting the pool. We enjoyed the daily live entertainment on the patio! The location is perfect , and is a short walk to the southernmost point and Duval street Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room (4-411). Was a little inadequate and our room was a tolerable 74° all week Other than that, we had a great stay and highly recommend !

Bought for our son and new wife for Honeymoon. Guaranteed on credit card. Hilton didn’t inform Us that the person checking in needed the credit card. As diamond members didn’t know .trid to resolve with the diamond desk, but Eric, the front desk wouldn’t budge. so our son had to pay for his own honeymoon! We really didn’t want them to know what we spent! trying to resolve this.. we asked Eric( front desk) to send champagne up to room as a gesture and he refused. We have stayed At the reach many times, but I guess customer service does not count for diamond members. We will not return.!
