The Killarney Park

Having to spend 3 nights at this hotel gave me a good chance to appreciate its uniqueness. Firstly, it's attractively located next to a National Park, and with easy walking distance of the town centre. The hotel is fully equipped with creature comforts, and especially noting the enormous bedrooms. Indeed, they are enormous self contained living rooms featuring lounge and arm chairs. Moreover, the room has a fireplace that can be used. Overall the hotel has destinctive rustic feel. The only minor aspect was the fact that, travelling with a small group, we were obliged to sit a communal table rather than be treated as a normal house guest. The service and food was excellent, but sometimes early in the morning a private table would be helpful, as was our other hotels.

Amazing suite as usual and the personal touches that always make staying such a pleasure. A hideaway from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that you can wander out and get lost. The staff always go above and beyond and the food is amazing, including the breakfast in it’s beautiful restaurant surroundings.

We recently celebrated our first anniversary at The Killarney Park and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the start, the staff made us feel so welcomed and really went out of their way to make our stay special. We felt totally spoiled the entire time! The facilities were amazing and we spent a lot of time just enjoying everything the hotel had to offer, from the spa, the restaurants to the beautiful lounges where you could just sit and relax by the fire. The hotel is based in the centre of town so it's also easy to explore what Killarney has to offer including the beautiful national park. Thank you for helping to make our first anniversary so unforgettable.

The absolute best place to stay! The hotel was quaint and lovely, the staff were very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. The bar was a wonderful place to hang with friends after a day of golfing. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the town by foot or the adjacent national park. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay the week we were in Ireland. We had a huge problem with shipstix, that Padraig Casey helped us resolved even though we had already checked out of the hotel. The rooms were wonderful and the beds/linens/pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We arrived after a long day of hiking, touring and driving to a warm welcome, a splendid room and a table waiting for us for dinner. The accommodations are top notch and very comfortable. After a wonderful nights sleep we had a delicious breakfast and PC helped guide us towards a day exploring Killarney and Declan made sure we had everything we needed including water and umbrellas. They made dinner reservations for us and pointed us to a pub for music and good craic that evening. We wish we could have stayed longer and not enough can be said for the service. We hope to return!
