Staying at Ette Hotel in Orlando was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Disney, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a beautiful aroma that instantly sets the tone for a luxurious stay. The staff is outstanding—special shoutout to Hope, Luciano (hope I got that right!), and a wonderful staff member from Nigeria, who was not only amazing but also showed genuine interest in the country I’m from. They all made us feel like part of the family with their warmth and attention to detail. One unique highlight was the perfume store inside the hotel—it's an absolute must-visit! The selection of scents is remarkable and adds an extra touch of elegance to the overall experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Orlando, especially if you’re heading to Disney!

Our stay at ETTE was great, and Leandro, who assisted us at checkout, really stood out. He was both friendly and professional, and his thoughtful farewell added a personal touch that made our departure feel special. ETTE itself offers a calm and elegant setting, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. It’s clear that ETTE values quality service, and Leandro’s attentiveness is a great reflection of that. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Orlando.

Awesome. The best hotel we‘ve ever been in the US. Really great. Everybody is so kind in particular Luciano, Bianca, Rafael and the service is perfect. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable and well equipped. If you are looking for a great place to stay when visiting Orlando and it’s great parks - let it be the ette hotel Orlando.

This is one of the most luxurious hotels we've ever stayed in. It is truly a spa hotel. The HOTEL is quiet, the rooms are Zen, very quiet, and spa-like in every way. The beds were dreamy, the amenities were better than anything in Orlando. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is your hotel. The workout room is second to none. The spa treatments are decadent, and very personalized. The courtyard pool area is an oasis with frozen grapes as your welcome treat. Do not miss the fragrance bar on arrival, and definitely spend some quality time with some herbal tea in the archival library. Jessica was so helpful in setting up a last-minute spa appointment. Can't wait to come back to the HOTEL. The Salt and Cellar Restaurant is so far divergent from the ethos of ette. It is incomprehensible why this restaurant is in this hotel. It is truly one of the worst restaurants we've ever been to. Avoid at all costs, and the costs will be very considerable.

Our hotel stay was exceptional!!! Service was hands down TOP TIER!!! Every morning/evening we were greeted with a sweet smelling Lobby aroma and a smile from Rafael and Leandro/leonardo (sp). They were always very warm and welcoming to our family. My girls had lots of questions re the perfumes at the entrance and they were engaging and answered them all. We requested ice water every morning and evening and they never once hesitated. Jessica was always very pleasant as well! Our room was very clean, bathroom was also very clean. Pool area was very quiet and clean !!! One thing we noticed was that there was no trash !! They do a great job at the upkeep!!! We love it here and will be back!!!
