Enjoyed our 9-night stay with our daughter & granddaughter in 3-bedroom condo.1st floor with patio overlooking the golf course. Close to one of the pools to enjoy. Condo equipped with washer & dryer...full kitchen with everything you need. Very nice time.

Reunion Resort 398 - Located at 7381 Gathering Ct, Kissimmee, FL 34747, USA. I found this vacation rental by Google Mapping for hours...looking for the most private properties at Reunion Resort. Check out the satellite images and you will see why I searched soo hard to find this rental. Top Villas is the only vacation rental specialists that offers this villa..as far as I could find...and we had the best experience booking through them. This villa has a PERFECT yard...both back yard and side yard...south facing...large pool and attached spa...plenty of seating in the sun and in the shade...outdoor eating areas...balcony seating for views of the golf course...lots of fun pool toys (basketball net and volleyball net)...giant chess...shuffle board....ping pong table...barbecues...and most importantly - PRIVACY FROM YOUR NEIGHBOUR! This villa is surrounded by the Watson Golf Course...so you will see golfers throughout the day (and collect the occasional golf ball) but you never have any permanent neighbour's peering into your pool area. This was soo important to us because THIS VILLA WAS OUR WEEK LONG VACATION. We planned on spending the entire week here. This was not just a place to sleep in between trips to the surrounding attractions. So we needed a sanctuary that had everything we needed to keep us entertained. This villa was perfect for our needs. Although we spent most of our time in the pool we also LOVED the theatre...yes - theatre - not just a room with a big TV. This was a proper theatre with projection screen, tiered seating, reclining leather chairs and surround sound. There was even a massage chair! BOOM! We enjoyed movies and watching some good NHL games. Good job homeowners! You really know how to entertain. We also LOVED the games room with a pool table, Classic Arcade Games, basketball game, 2 Race Car Games and various gaming consoles and seating. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. All 4 of our teenagers/young adult children had their own rooms and bathrooms..some with balcony access. My husband and I claimed the first floor Master for convenience to the backyard and we were very happy with our choice. We especially loved the door to the backyard because it was easy to open and close. Other highlights include a a fully equipped kitchen...a fire pit in the backyard...a piano on the second floor...fluffy beach towels...and instructions and labels provided by the homeowner EVERYWHERE. Thank you! Also a huge shout out to Top Villas and Guest Services at Reunion Resort for answering our questions and helping us with any problems we encountered. Even though I said that this villa is PERFECT - there are a few negatives that I should mention... The air-conditioning can only be lowered to 74 degrees. That is too warm for us Canadians. The portable fans found throughout the property saved this vacation for us. There isn't an outdoor kitchen...and I prepared every meal and snack in the house...so it got hot. There are barbecues but they are not convenient to the kitchen. We also constantly had fans running in the games room and theatre room because it was always too warm for us. We controlled the heat by keeping the window curtains closed during the day. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced because they are moldy. The pool table needs more clearance room but then you would loose some of the fun games. Some of the theatre chairs are broken and uncomfortable. And the main Sliding Patio Door leading to the backyard needs a new handle. It required 2 hands to open and close it which was extremely difficult and frustrating. But we still had a great time...so not a deal breaker. Just to put it into perspective how great this home is - I specifically was looking for a rental at Reunion Resort because of their awesome Lazy River, Waterpark and Mini Putt Course...but we never went there because this villa was too good to leave! Overall we all gave our first vacation rental experience a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this AWESOME villa at Reunion Resort and Top Villas Vacation Rentals!

We enjoyed our time at Reunion - wonderful pools, including the WaterPark, lovely rooms, clean and quiet area, updated furnishings - everything we look for in a vacation resort!

First time at Worldmark Resort and it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Resort activities are abundant. Some you will pay for, but a lot are included so that no extra expense is necessary if you are following a budget. The units are clean and spacious. Many pools to choose from, and the waterpark on site is great for all ages.

We stay here every year and it is our absolute favourite. In a great location, we stay in heritage crossing. Lovely pools and walk in a morning and super close to everything. Security is on site and makes you feel very safe. We will absolutely stay here for as long as we visit Florida
