Reunion Resort & Golf Club

We were in Building A101 and it was on the ground floor. It was very convenient to the pool and when we checked in it was immaculate. Everything worked well except for the refrigerator ice maker which they tried to fix but it was still not working as it should when we left 2 weeks later. We had all the kitchen equipment we needed so it was nicely stocked. Janus was very helpful in explaining to us that the tvs will be updated by next January 2026. Just a few helpful hints would be to put bigger shampoos and conditioners and soaps in the 3 bathrooms and a larger trash can in the kitchen. All in all we enjoyed our time at this resort and we look forward to seeing the bigger tvs next time we stay here.

I was given the wrong room, and this was very disappointing for my birthday weekend. Overall, the resort is lovely and the amenities are nice. I wish I had the right room. The food was decent, although breakfast was much too expensive for what you get.

Beds and pillows are amazing. Villas in the main hotel are really nice! Outlets next to one sink in master bathroom didn’t work. I was there for a conference and everything was very nice and went well. Food and beverage options were good. Golf course was in great shape. Overall a really nice stay.

This resort was perfect for our family. Although spread out, they offer a very efficient shuttle service tied to an app to allow all members to travel freely around the resort. The waterpark was fantastic and the lazy river a big hit with the family. Would have liked to have closer access to a hot tub from our unit but there are 10 different pool sites on the resort (we only saw 3) waterpark and clubhouse. Traffic exiting the resort is beyond their control but worth noting that trying to get off the resort onto Old Wilson Lake rd was challenging.

1375 Tuscana Ln, Kissimee, FL Rental property This townhouse is located in the desirable Reunion area (gated community), a location we love for Walt Disney World trips. We've stayed in this complex before, and while the location remains excellent, this particular property unfortunately fell short of our expectations. While the listing photos were accurate in terms of layout, they were significantly outdated. The carpets were heavily stained, which was a major disappointment and made us uncomfortable walking barefoot. The furniture, particularly the couch, showed considerable wear and tear, with minimal stuffing. However, the beds were very comfortable, and the property was clean as described. The provided amenities were basic as described in the listing. Be prepared to bring or purchase all additional supplies, including salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The provided pots and pans were very old and worn, making cooking difficult. We suspect this property is managed by an investment company, as the decor and furnishings appeared original from the late 90s or early 2000s, including the obviously original and heavily worn carpeting. While the price seemed reasonable initially, the condition of the carpets and furniture significantly impacted our experience. We were nearly ready to seek alternative accommodations but were constrained by the cancellation policy. If you are primarily concerned with location and comfortable beds, this property might suffice. However, be aware that the furnishings and carpeting are significantly worn and outdated. We would not stay here again unless significant updates are made.
