An absolute Gem
From the moment I checked until checking out it was evident that there an ethos of customer satisfaction instilled in every staff member. Smiles all around,well dressed and well trained was the order of the day. The breakfasts were certainly not short of veriety and were delicious and eating outside on the deck with a view from above Knysna was breathtaking. The quality of the bed and linen were of the highest standard available. I will certainly return.

Wonderful and relaxing retreat!
The hotel is wonderful with stunning views, outstanding breakfast quality, relaxing spa offers and everything close to all Knysna sightseeing spots and a brilliant location to explore the Garden Route.

Wish we could stay longer
The location, the staff the food quality could not be faulted. This is a fantastic retreat where we would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the great facilities more. The welcome we received on arrival and the effort that was placed on getting our rooms ready early was greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay special even if the beds are a little harder than we are used to

You stay realy in Nature
The hotel is a bit outdated but the location is unique. Surrounded by nature with a great view. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous and the food is excellent. The rooms are large and have all the amenities. The carpets in the rooms should be replaced urgently. The hotel no longer belongs to the Conrad Group.
