Hyatt Regency Cologne

I came to Köln with my wife for medical consultancy regarding my wife. I wasn't aware of the carnival so our plan was somehow got entangled, anyhow, the hotel front desk staff were kind enough to extend our stay for 2 weeks in order to see all consultants. The hotel is a gem on the Rhine , so serene and quiet, the staff are fabulous to say the least, the room was well appointed, and especially Room 230, the view is breathtaking, Breakfast was a delight both quality and service, the Legend Restaurant for dinner was exquisite, fine dining. The lobby was grand and beautifully decorated. Our stay was superb and thank you to each individual member of the hotel.

Second time to visit. Early arrival at noon and our room with a Rhine view was already available. Nice room with very good beds.Ideal location to visit Koln or to enjoy a concert at the Lanxess arena. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff who make you feel valued as a Hyatt member. Perfect stay.

We had a nice large room with a view of the Rhine River. Very spacious and well appointed. The main lobby is very impressive looking, with several options for dining and a bar if you wish. We had a drink at the Lobby bar, which had a really nice atmosphere and great customer service. The hotel is well located, easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and the train location. Only negative was checking in and out took a little time. Could maybe use an additional staff member.

The room was very comfortable and clean and exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a workout room that I planned to use, but the bed was so comfortable that I overslept! We don’t normally stay at high-end hotels and enjoyed the pampering.

Amazing location, we stayed for NYE. I had an 11 and 12 year old with me and they enjoyed the hotel just as much as me. The breakfast buffet was vast and always well stocked. The hotel hosts lots of football teams and my brothers loved looking at all of the football memorabilia in the Spa. The room was spacious and modern. Everything was clean and the daily housekeeping was great too. The hotel on a whole was also very clean and modern. It's a short walk to the nearest train station or a slightly further one to the central station, making it a good location for exploring. I had no significant issues or concerns my entire stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
