Hyatt Regency Cologne

A comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. Rooms are still in good condition, but here and there a bit dated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate our requested. Main recommendation for a more comfortable stay would be to reduce the temperature a bit as the cooling function of temperature control didn’t work and especially for sleep, the rooms are quite warm. There’s no possibility to open windows

The view was amazing and the room was modern. The location provides an easy walk across the Rhine River and into downtown Cologne next to the Cathedral. In the room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable we all slept peacefully the entire night. The gym and spa were top notch and the parking garage provided a nice secure environment for our vehicle (although it was very expensive - 40€ for the night). Overall, would definitely stay here again when in Cologne.

Fabulous stay. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.I definitely felt that I was a valued guest! The food was delicious and the amenities were great. The club option was a great addition and I would definitely choose this option in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights on the Executive Floor. Two interconnecting rooms for us and our sons. Rooms, were clean, comfortable with great bathrooms ( especially the showers ). The Exec lounge was also very good, with excellent service, food and drink choices. The only negative…Views were disappointing, as looked into a quadrangle of buildings, rather than river views. Would definitely recommend, as well located for all the Christmas markets ( if you are happy to go across the bridge a few times a day, we were ), PS if there over the festive season, a Christmas Daiquiri is a must ❤️

Room was not cleaned properly and WiFi connection not good. For me I couldn't use WiFi during my stay due to connection issues. One time there was shortcircuit and power trip in the room. I selected room with river view. View was good but stay was not good for the money I paid.
