Always exceed expectations
Back again in a year, everything was still exceeding my expectation. This time we return with our 6-month old baby. We all were pampered and taken care of. Rain most of the time, yet still enjoyed the stay in our cosy room. The room set up was nice and ready for our boy. The in-villa service was on time and as per request. Always delight to be back! Can't wait for next stay with Banyan Tree Samui.

Best place ever

Beautiful location to relax with great service
Spent 10 days on the wellbeing villa with pool.Lovely room with small swimming pool and jacuzzi outside. Every day there are some wellbeing activities. Thank you for Birkam for the professional Yoga, breathing and meditation classes. I have also enjoyed the introduction to sailing and Thai boxing with Tong. Both were great fun I would recommend. I find all the staff very friendly. I also liked in the wellbeing villa the different night rituals every day. The restaurants has nice view but the food I find average I have missed the whao effect , but all other aspects are great.

This is a 10/10 resort
From the moment we arrived until the day we left this place just excelled in all areas. When you arrive you are assigned a host - in our case it was Abbey - they look after all of your needs and are your go to person. Abbey I would like to add was caring, friendly and professional. The rooms are amazing with plenty of space and your own private pool. The property is undulating so unless you are young and fit and are happy to walk you can call a buggy whenever you need to go to the beach, breakfast, dinner or spa. There are several restaurants to choose from and the food is good at each place. the bed was comfortable, the rooms are clean and they do a very special turn down service each night. Let's talk breakfast!!! WOW it has the best selection of food you could imagine, English, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, etc - the food was amazing and the entire event fan like a well oiled machine. I really can not fault this place - just go there and experience what they have to offer, you will not be disappointed. A big thanks to all the staff, you were all amazing R & M
