Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui

We really enjoyed our stay and we very much loved the staff. Kind and hospitable. We will most certainly come again!

The best hotel in Koh samui! We have bee coming to this hotel for the last 3 years, this is going to be our 4th visit next week! We have come every year since it opened for Christmas. You can’t fault anything with this hotel. The rooms are stunning The hotel facilities are top notch and the staff make the hotel! The staff are amazing and will do anything for you. They remember us and my son each year. Pla pla, Allan, Paul, click to name a few of the staff they are all the best! Our favourite day is the Christmas Day brunch. They have anything and everything to choose from to eat! The food is 10/10 and the entertainment. Salt society is a beautiful restaurant on the beach and the decor is stunning! We have stayed in a lot of hotels on the island but we keep coming back to the centara because we really love it and think it is 10/10 for every thing they offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we have sent about 8 or 10 people to this hotel based on our recommendation and they have all loved it just as much as us! We cant wait to stay again next week and see all the staff. Highly recommend to anyone families or couples. Thank you Centara reserve!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by Beauy. She explained about the hotel and some traditions of Thailand. The room was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. The facilities were very good and the attention to detail was very good. Although the rooms could do with an additional chair to sit on rather than just the bed and balcony. Fay ant the front desk was also. very helpful when we checked out. Overall I would stay at the Centara Reserve again without question. Only down side was the weather which was not the hotels fault.

We had 7 nights at Centra Reserve Sumi. From the moment we arrived to when we left staff were attentive to our needs and created a friendly, happy environment. Room was lovely. Breakfast food and service was outstanding as was all dining experiences in the resort. Tour organiser based at resort was extremely helpful and organised some great day tours for us. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend to others.

What a great resort that has exceeded our expectations. We came from Phuket where we had a terrible experience and to now stay somewhere that exceeds our expectations is just fantastic. The pools are amazing and the SALT restaurant is brilliant. Highly recommended and a lot better than Phuket!
