Conrad Koh Samui

Excellent resort. Fantastic villa's all with large, private pools. No noise from neighbours and stunning views. Breakfast is exceptional and the pool bar and restaurant are great. The coffee shop is a hidden treasure with great drinks and lovely staff. A wonderful place to relax and completely switch off. Make sure to take part in the farm tour - it was a highlight of the trip. Ares to improve (if I'm being picky) - The reception area is a bit chaotic and is the only part of the experience that was not excellent, too small a space for a large resort and felt chaotic at times - check in should be in each villa and then it would be so relaxing. - Spa overpriced for Thailand and the two treatments I had were just so-so - not the luxury experience I had in other resorts.

I am at an age where I am able to travel quite regularly but this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I have booked another stay within a few hours of arrival. Every villa is a beauty and offers a pool and an incredible view in such a well-designed, peaceful fashion that it feels as though you have the glorious setting to yourself.

The Conrad Koh Samui is a special experience, and it made for an unforgettable anniversary. The resort is literally built into a cliff over the beautiful Thailand sea giving every spot in the resort a breathtaking view. Each room is a private villa, with a large bedroom and a massive bathroom. The entire rooms leads to the gigantic porch with a private pool. The view from the room is indescribable, truly something I have never witnessed before. The room is fully updated, kept extremely clean, and aesthetically gorgeous. The staff is so kind, and ready to help you with and need or want at any time of day. The main pool and beach of the resort are stunning as well and all you need to do to get there is give a quick call to the front desk and they send a buggy to bring you there. There are so many cool free activities in the hotel as well, such as the karaoke room and coffee workshop and many more. The resort is located farther away from the busy main streets of Chaweng which gives it complete privacy and a very remote feel. The privacy and otherworldly views of the resort truly make it one of a kind, something every person should experience at least once in their life.

Conrad Koh Samui is truly a cliffside hidden gem. The infinity pool, endless sea views and romantic sunsets created the ideal island getaway. Special thanks to Manager Xu Jiaping. Knowing we were Chinese guests, he personally assisted with our check-in. He responded promptly and efficiently, helping us resolve many matters during our trip. He patiently answered all our questions about Koh Samui and offered thoughtful advice. Beautiful scenery can be found everywhere, but attentive service like this is truly rare. I highly recommend this resort and will choose to stay here again on my next visit to Koh Samui!
