Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly outstanding. The resort is absolutely breathtaking, with spectacular views, beautiful villas and an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation. Everything feels luxurious, private and exceptionally well maintained. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible service. A very special thank you goes to This, Sünders and Bill, who were fantastic throughout our visit. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. They made us feel truly welcome and cared for at every moment. No request ever seemed too much, and they often seemed to anticipate what we might need before we even had to ask. Their kindness felt completely genuine, and each of them played a big part in making our experience so special. One moment we will never forget - and still smile about - was with Bill, when we jokingly discovered that together we were apparently responsible for maintaining the balance of the universe. It was one of those light, unexpected moments that perfectly captures the fun, warmth and personality behind such exceptional service. A small inside joke, but one that made the whole stay feel even more personal and memorable. Employees like This, Sünders and Bill are what transform a beautiful luxury resort into an unforgettable destination. They are exceptional ambassadors for Conrad Koh Samui and deserve the highest possible recognition from the hotel’s management. We leave with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The views from the resort are simply breathtaking—waking up to the endless ocean view every day was a dream. What truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Two major highlights of our stay: The Spa: Absolutely fantastic and so relaxing—a must-try! The Iris Farm Tour: Highly recommended and totally worth going. It was such a unique and lovely experience. Every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and will definitely be back!

We particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort, the excellent Thai cuisine at the Aow Thai Restaurant, and the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the entire team. I stayed 9 days at the hotel for a solo trip of rest and relaxation, along with some work in between the naps and swims. The villas are absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning! What makes the experience so incredible, however, is the staff. They are so kind, hospitable, and professional and they made my experience so much better. The hotel is a bit isolated from anything you could walk to, but the restaurants and room service are fantastic. They also help you book any excursions or tours you might want to take, and help arrange transportation. It was a truly wonderful stay and I can't wait to go back!

Exceptional in every way. This report cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is second to none - there is nothing they have not thought of, to make your stay special. We have stayed in the best resorts all over the world from the Maldives to Dubai to Mexico. The Conrad Koh Samui sits in the shoulders of all others. From our concierge, Bill, whose helpful, attentive and kind nature was the highlight of the trip, to Sanah who welcomed us to breakfast every single day with the broadest smile, to Ae whose kind nature to our son Atti was so special, to the housekeepers Pat and Pa. Every single member of staff was wonderful. And the location is perfect. At the quiet and secluded south tip of the island away from the hustle of the North, but still within easy reach.
