Conrad Koh Samui

This was our favorite stay of our entire trip to Thailand—and all of Asia. To say it was amazing is an understatement. First, I want to thank Bank and his entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. Their hospitality and attention to detail were truly exceptional. The villa was like something out of a dream, with breathtaking views and our own private pool that made every moment unforgettable. The breakfast was also the best we had anywhere in Asia. While it may not have had the largest buffet, it was by far the highest quality, with everything fresh and delicious. We were also impressed with how well the resort managed insects and mosquitoes, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. The community pool was the perfect size for our family. Our only minor criticism was that the Mediterranean restaurant's seating is entirely outdoors, which could be a bit uncomfortable in the evenings, but the staff happily packaged our meals so we could enjoy them in our villa. Thank you again to Bank and the entire team for creating what truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We are already looking forward to returning, and our daughters, ages 4 and 6, both said this was their favorite place we stayed during our travels through Asia.

This was our third time staying at the Conrad Koh Samui and it is truly our favorite hotel in Thailand (better than the Four Seasons and better than Banyon Tree and better than the Ritz Carlton). What makes it so good are the amazing villas with private pools. The food is also outstanding - Aow Thai offers delicious Thai Food (although honestly I miss the menu and chef from Zest!) and Jhan Steakhouse is fantastic! The breakfast is also incredible. What I like is that (unlike the Four Seasons) the Conrad has restaurants that have interiors where you can sit inside in the air conditioning - you can also sit outside but at least they have indoors options. Also at the Conrad you don't get eaten alive by mosquitos like I did at the Four Seasons. The rooms are also more spacious. The Spa at the Conrad is also the most gorgeous spa I have ever been to and better than other luxury spas I've been to in Thailand. The service is also the best at the Conrad compared to other Koh Samui luxury resorts. English is never a barrier here like at other resorts. The new employee named Spy at Jahn Steakhouse was especially helpful. Taro is a wonderful driver and Mink & Marvin are the best front desk employees. Wanida Eksamai (Fay) the Senior Reservations Supervisor and Boonpa Puttharat(Nina) the Assistant Reservations Manager are both extremely helpful! They have helped me multiple years in a row planning my perfect reservations and reserving dining, spa treatments and deluxe private transportation. Everything has been perfect and exactly all the details I wanted. We will be back here a 4th time next year and not waste our time staying at other resorts that aren't as high end as The Conrad.

This hotel is such a great place for taking a break. Thank you for the manager Ms. Hely and the front office team for their hospitality. The room is perfect. The view is amazing. The weather is perfect. The whole experience is 10 out of 10. One more thing. This hotel has fire show at night time . The show is super cool.

My wife and I stayed at Conrad Koh Samui and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is located in a spectacular setting with beautiful views over the Gulf of Thailand. Our villa offered a great deal of privacy, plenty of space, and an infinity pool that made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What made our stay especially memorable was the service. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. We would particularly like to thank Bill and Sun Dear for their kindness and support during our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome and contributed greatly to our overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurants offered a good variety of high-quality food, and the entire resort was maintained to a very high standard. We have stayed at many Hilton properties around the world, and Conrad Koh Samui is certainly one of the most memorable. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would be very happy to return in the future. Frank & Antje
