Absolutely incredible resort with stunning views. Hands down the best hotel experience i have ever had. Attention to detail from staff with the room and the guest details is amazing, and every issue was solved very quickly. The muay thai was a great experience also with amazing coaches.

This Conrad hotel was everything and more than I expected it would be. The staff were very welcoming and friendly to me and my husband as our first time visiting Thailand. From the beautiful pool villa room to the buggy transportation experiences. The staff picking us up and dropping us off to our destination were friendly and polite. My husband enjoyed practicing his broken Thai and Lao with the patient staff. The breakfast buffet with a view outside was amazing. Furthermore, one of our highlights was doing the resort farm tour! Our two guides were so nice and made us feel so comfortable. We will love to return soon! Btw I would like to give a shoutout to the team working at my younger sister’s wedding at the Conrad Samui. They were so attentive, helpful, and kind to make sure every guest enjoyed the beautiful wedding event. I didn’t have a chance to get the gentleman’s name with the beige straw hat and eyeglasses, but he recognized my husband and I the following day hanging at the communal pool. He was very nice and looked out for us throughout the whole time, from the wedding event to after we checked out the hotel! This is truly a 5 star experience at the Conrad Samui! Location offers excellent privacy and tranquillity. Extremely spacious room with private pool and breathtaking sea view especially during sunset. Warm hospitality with exceptional attention to details to make your stay a memorable one. Lots of activities and workshops to choose from for those that would like to stay in the resort and venture out for a game of golf or snorkeling. Overall an unforgettable holiday.

It’s one of my memorable trip for 3 days at Conrad Koh Samui The service and hospitalities are spotless since the airport pick up till airport drop off. The facilities are equipped with everything that will make your stay comfortable, pampering and every design is attention to details The view is spectacular Best of all, everyone in the hotel are willing to go beyond extra miles to ensure your stay comfortable and memorable There’s one extraordinary staff worth mentioned, Xin the deputy manager at the Botannica Cafe. He’s adorable male sphinx cat 🐱 Definitely visit again ❤️

Best resort I ever stayed. Great service with very well maintained facilities. Activities are excellent and very meticulous attention to details! Highly recommend for anyone who consider to spend time in Koh Samui and expect 6 stars facilities.
