Conrad Koh Samui

Just finished a family trip for 18 person family trip at the Conrad Koh Samui and it was just a fantastic stay. Staff was consistently excellent - Zye was exceptional throughout my stay and helped diligently and effortlessly coordinate a couple of family activities for me - really made this trip such a pleasure. Staff throughout was extremely friendly- Nan and Dear were exceptional to deal with as well and my family really appreciated the service on offer at the hotel. Overall the rooms were gorgeous and modern, and location was excellent. It’s not the most walkable resort give it’s location at the edge of a hill, but the buggies were very efficient. Dining on the resort was really good but ofcourse more expensive than off-resort offering - as would be expected- but we’re still good. Breakfast to was really good. Can’t recommend the resort enough for what it offers in its hard and soft product. Can’t wait to go back.. though next time I’ll probably ditch the extended family!

Conrad Koh Samui has an unlimited sea view to the south west which gave us a mild temperature and beautiful sunsets. The villa with we stayed in was private, spacious, luxurious and pristine with a large infinity saltwater pool. At the hotel's private beach the sand was mostly very fine and the water crystal clear. The service was impeccable and friendly, the breakfast was lavish, all the hotel restaurants had high quality supply and the gym was open 24/7. It was an extraordinary experience.

Conrad Koh Samui, exceeded each and every expectation that we could possibly have. The rooms are impeccable, food amazing, service outstanding and the atmosphere unforgettable!! We will most certainly return. What a five star experience to die for. Khun Jolie, Khun Minnie and Khun Wanida made our stay extra special, they are an asset to Conrad. A picture does not do this place justice.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Conrad Hilton hotel in Koh Samui for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. This was our second stay there. The location is terrific, tucked on a mountainside overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially our assigned concierge, Thip, and the hotel manager, Brent!! The staff members are friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze and meeting every need, even those that we did not think of. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a fantastic infinity pool and ocean view. The buffet breakfast was certainly something to look forward to, with excellent fresh juices and fruits, and offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. We will definitely return! Best hotel we have visited.

It was our first experience in Thailand and we really had a great time from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and spacious. The daily evening cookies were very delicious. The view from the room was so beautiful especially during the sunset. There were lots of great choices at the Aow Thai restaurant where we had our breakfast. Many resort activities including a visit to Iris farm were very entertaining. The hosts there were so welcoming and provided very entertaining guided tours. The high-end Karaoke room with a performance stage was top notch. We also tried the SPA and our experience was very positive. Overall, it was above our expectation and we highly recommend this property to all travelers.
