Conrad Koh Samui

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was absolutely wonderful! The resort is breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, a beautiful private pool villa, and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly unforgettable. We would especially like to thank Nan, North, and Ja for their outstanding hospitality. All three were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their thoughtful service, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made our experience even more special. We truly appreciate all the care and effort they put into making our stay memorable. Thank you, Nan, North, and Ja, for being such wonderful members of the team! Conrad Koh Samui is a beautiful resort with exceptional service, and we would love to return in the future. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Conrad Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly designed to enjoy the incredible views and sunsets. Our villa was stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea, and the whole atmosphere of the resort made it very easy to disconnect and relax. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the team. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and professional, always making us feel welcome without ever being intrusive. A special mention to Pound, whose kindness and wonderful service made our experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the dining experience, especially Jahn, as well as the little activities and experiences offered by the hotel throughout our stay. Conrad Koh Samui was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand, and a place we would happily return to. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad for 5 days . The villa was well appointed overlooking the 5 Islands . The food at the various restaurants was excellent . The staff at the resort was friendly , polite and helpful . The buggy rides were convenient and readily available . The Spa was also a great place to rejuvenate . The resort is serene , refreshing and comfortable , away from the hustle n bustle of city . The high point of the villa was the beautiful private Infinity Pool . Our special thanks to Bill , who went out of his way to make our stay memorable . He helped us plan our activities including local sightseeing . I would recommend Conrad to my friends and family for experiencing its charm .

Tomorrow I will be checking out of the Conrad Koh Samui after a three night stay for our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday. It's been a really really long time that I had a perfect customer service experience but Conrad did it. And a villa property like this requires a huge amount of customer service...moving customers around by buggy to restaurants and activities, delivering room service, resetting the villa twice per day, resort activities, honoring anniversaries and birthdays. The Conrad staff did everything perfectly. I didn't have to wait for anything. I didn't have to remind the staff of anything. I felt they were awell trained on all situations. And they were so cheerful and friendly and spoke English so well. It was fantastic. The staff and service were the highlight. But the westward facing views of the ocean were also stunning. And we loved the cuisine. Hard to pick the best, but we really enjoyed the Aow Thai restaurant. Well done, Conrad. We'll definitely come again.
