Conrad Koh Samui

It’s been 10 years since me and my wife went there for our honeymoon, lots of improvement this time, the main Thai restaurant is superb for their breakfast and their Thai cuisine during the night, hotpot Buffet can have some improvement, farm experience is must go, all the hardware after all these years still feels very updated and no big issues. On top all of these, the GM now, Marco, and his entire teams, were unbelievable, they even went out of their way to take care my parents while me and my wife went to another SLH hotels while we staying at Koh Samui, I believe the team represent the hotel, not the other way, and service wins over on hardware, amenities any day, with Conrad Koh Samui, they have everything here, undoubtedly the best in Hilton portfolio on the island!!

We recently spent a long stay (17 nights) as a couple at Conrad Samui, at the southern tip of Koh Samui island . This was our second stay at the resort where we first had stayed 12 months ago. We had such good memories of last year that - unusally for us - we decided to go back to the same resort. We were not disappointed and enjoyed, once again, the stunning location, a spacious and intimitate villa, with a unique view on the sea and the Five Islands, fine Thaï cuisine, and very professional and friendly service from all hotel staff, who evidently work as one team and catered to all our needs very efficiently. We would like to thank in particular Nan (our Villa Host), as well as Minnie and Jolly ( from the Thaï restaurant and the bar), to name just a few. Our main holiday objective was to rest and relax and we experienced, once again, that the Conrad was a perfect choice for that. It is well worth the up to one hour drive to reach the North of Samui ( Bophut, Chaweng), when one wants to visit busy places for shopping, going out etc. Conrad is a unique resort in a unique location. We highly recommend it.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this resort it’s a beautiful sanctuary with the best staff. I would like to call out everyone we interacted with especially Bill, Ann, Earn, Dear and Chana. The food is amazing as well. Service is top notch and very quick.

My summer trip to Koh Samui turned out to be such a special one, and Conrad Koh Samui was definitely a big part of it. ❤️ A special thank you to Dear from the Front Office, who was always so warm, kind, and helpful. And especially thank you to Bill — his care and attention really made a difference throughout my stay. He helped make everything feel easy and smooth, and honestly, he made my whole Koh Samui trip feel complete. I also really enjoyed the restaurants and the Spa. Everyone I met was so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to feel that same level of care throughout the resort. This was such a beautiful way to end the summer. I had a really wonderful time at Conrad Koh Samui, and I’m leaving with some very happy memories. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Dear and Bill. I hope to be back again someday. 🌴☀️❤️

Everyone at the resort was accommodating and helpful and pleasant. The hotel is on some very steep hills but they have buggy (golf carts) to take you everywhere. Our villa was 204 so fairly close to the breakfast restaurant and bar. We would walk but took buggy everywhere else. I had a slight medical emergency and they arranged the hotel car to the hospital. Everyone made our stay wonderful and we felt welcomed.
