Conrad Koh Samui

Warmth, as Thai hospitality is known for is evident with so many around the resort with as little interaction I had with each. Conrad Koh Samui is definitely a gem. This resort is just gorgeous and definitely deserves all the praise. The Villa with that spectacular view with the 5 islands and pool is a given why I decided to spend my 47th Birthday here. There are a lot of Resorts I have stayed in that are gorgeous but what made this one stand out more for me is the Conrad Koh Samui team. I am genuinely impressed. I have to sincerely thank Fay, Nina, New and Siriporn Thongchot. With correspondence pre arrival like that, I knew they will take care of everything for me. All I asked is set and I did everything last minute, I will have that privacy and will be able to relax. I have nothing but good things to say about your Front Office team during my stay. You have such a remarkable one. Just to give an example and this is such a small thing, the forgotten towel and they made sure I had it. They could have just called my driver and we could have turned back but instead they had someone rush and followed my car. They simply did not want to trouble me and there are so many I can say really about all Restaurants, Spa and more. I still remember a lot of their names and I can say what each has done that made me even more impressed as they can anticipate, acknowledge something, will find a solution and make things right even if I say don’t worry about it. They will make you feel comfortable and with this I was able to just have a worry free vacation. Thank you for giving me a memorable birthday with peace of mind, calm and joy I need as I turned 47. It was perfect. I was happy all were quiet throughout the day as I said a cake will suffice but when I returned to the hotel, a quiet greeting from Nan, a suprise in my room and the buggy drivers loudly greeting me as they passed by. Thailand is the land of smiles and I had so much. I will always remember what someone told me upon check out. She’s right and such a testament to this Conrad Koh Samui team. It was lovely meeting you and you didn’t know it, I smiled when you said it because that and more, your team was able to show and share with me.

We just spent 5 nights at the Conrad Koh Samui at the end of July. It was actually our second time here, and while we loved our first visit, this one was just incredible. A massive thank you to the whole team for making this vacation so special for us! I know some reviews say that the Conrad is super expensive. Honestly, yeah, it is to some extent. But you really get something unique for your money. The location, the villas, and those views are just on another level. And to be totally fair, the food and drink prices were actually pretty reasonable for a remote 5-star luxury resort. We felt it was great value. Since we are Hilton Honors Diamond members, we got a nice upgrade to a higher-level One-Bedroom Pool Villa. The villa was stunning, completely private, and had the most amazing views. One thing that’s really cool about this place is the amount of stuff you can do. They have a private karaoke room and even a proper home cinema room that you can book completely free of charge. It makes the whole resort feel way more personal than a standard luxury hotel. If you travel with kids, this resort is perfect. Our daughter had the absolute best time. The kids' program is so diverse and way better than what most other resorts offer. The big highlight for her was visiting the resort's own farm. It was pretty cool to learn that they have over 200 chickens there providing fresh eggs for breakfast every morning! They also did kids' yoga, Muay Thai classes, arts and crafts, and tons of other fun activities. She loved every single minute of it. But what really makes the Conrad stand out is the staff. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Marco Araujo. He was there at breakfast every single morning, chatting with guests and making everyone feel genuinely welcome and valued. The restaurant team was also fantastic, especially Minnie and Sanah – they were so warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. You can always tell how good a hotel really is by how they handle the occasional issue. We all know that humans work here, so things happen. But whenever something wasn't 100% perfect, we just mentioned it casually and the team fixed it instantly. That’s the difference between just good service and top-tier hospitality. Thanks again to everyone at Conrad Koh Samui for a fantastic stay. We felt so well looked after from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back soon!
