The most memorable experience in Samui
We had the most memorable stay at your hotel! The service was absolutely top-tier and incredible. A special thanks to Khun Dear for arranging the beautiful birthday decorations for my friend and for the lovely room upgrade, and early checked in, it really made our stay extra special and we really love it. Also, please send my thanks to the manager in the dark blue shirt (I forgot her name) and Nong Pleng for the warmest welcome, along with the wonderful concierge and front desk team. Every staff member we met was so friendly and full of smiles. Breakfast was delicious and had such a cozy atmosphere. Thank you again for all the warm hospitality. We truly appreciated everything!

Absolutely fantastic in every way!
Conrad Koh Samui is one of the most incredible properties if you want to unwind. It is secluded so if you are looking to "party", it's probably not your place. So the Suites/Villas are amazing with their own pool and very well appointed. We were privileged to get to visit the Farm where they are farming for the hotel. Pong guided us around explaining what they are doing and the methods they are using. A unique experience! My thanks to Thip, who was our point person and arranged for every request to be met promptly.

Amazing!
Excellent choice for couples, we had a room in the 2nd floor which we considered the best for the views and close to everything. Breakfast was incredible, lot of choices and best quality, they rotate a bit the menu as well. The room can't be better. The beach area could be improved a bit, still it was very nice. We tried 2 restaurants, the Thai has a great menu, the Mediterranean could be improved, not the quality but the variety. We loved the service, personnel and overall quality of our stay.
