Conrad Koh Samui

I have one word to describe this gem of a resort, WOW!!! We have had many friends come to this hotel and this property was on our bucket list for many years!!! The prime reason we chose Koh Samui over Phuket for the Ocean experience portion of our Thailand trip was because of this hotel. We love the way it it brilliantly located on a secluded mountainside surrounded by beautiful ocean and islands on all sides. They managed to create total privacy for each villa as if we were the only people there. If not for the amazing breakfast we would not have known anyone else was at the resort. From the moment we arrived at the beautiful check-in area we were treated like royalty!!! Would highly recommend this resort!!! Special shout out to the incredible GM, Marco Araujo, Nina, Chana, the food & beverage director, the entire breakfast staff, all the top notch therapists at the highly upscale Spa and the golf cart drivers always taking us around the resort at any time of day and night with a smile!!

My stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by luxury, genuine hospitality and impeccable attention to every detail. The resort offers spectacular landscaping, an array of thoughtfully curated activities and truly remarkable staff. Every interaction with the staff was marked by warmth, sincerity and effortless professionalism. I want to especially thank JingYi, Director of Operations, and Marco, General Manager for their genuine care, personal attention and commitment to excellence. They made me feel not only welcomed, but truly valued and their leadership is reflected throughout every aspect of the resort. Conrad Koh Samui exemplifies what true luxury should be: not only beautiful surroundings and exceptional amenities, but also people who create meaningful and lasting memories. I leave with immense gratitude and every intention of returning, hopefully soon! It is, without question, one of the finest resort experiences I have ever had!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, and were blown away. Quite simply the nicest resort have ever stayed in. The quality of the villas is on par with what you get in the Maldives, however it is still only a 10 minute scooter ride to nearby towns for bars and restaurants outside of the resort. The staff were all lovely, and incredibly attentive and helpful. Beautiful setting overlooking the gulf of Thailand & the 5 islands. We’ll be returning!

It is genuinely one of the finest hotels we have ever had the privilege of staying in. A very special thank you to Ja and the entire Conrad team for making our stay so memorable. From the moment we arrived until we departed, every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful holiday. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional. Our villa was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered some of the most breathtaking views we have ever experienced. Waking up each morning and taking in the scenery from our villa was unforgettable. The resort itself is immaculate, peaceful and perfectly maintained. The food, facilities and overall atmosphere were all outstanding, but it was the people who truly made our stay so special. The concierge team also went above and beyond. They provided excellent recommendations for shopping, local attractions and places to visit around the island, helping us make the most of our time in Koh Samui. They also arranged an ATV tour with Samui Zipline, which was extremely well organised and with a very reliable company. Thank you once again to Ja and everyone at Conrad Koh Samui for such a fantastic experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Koh Samui, and we very much hope to return in the future.

Excellent resort. Fantastic villa's all with large, private pools. No noise from neighbours and stunning views. Breakfast is exceptional and the pool bar and restaurant are great. The coffee shop is a hidden treasure with great drinks and lovely staff. A wonderful place to relax and completely switch off. Make sure to take part in the farm tour - it was a highlight of the trip. Ares to improve (if I'm being picky) - The reception area is a bit chaotic and is the only part of the experience that was not excellent, too small a space for a large resort and felt chaotic at times - check in should be in each villa and then it would be so relaxing. - Spa overpriced for Thailand and the two treatments I had were just so-so - not the luxury experience I had in other resorts.
