Conrad Koh Samui

I haven’t been travelling for more than 5 years. Kids need to study, busy business operation, family issue~~~. Finally, I got time to go for vocation and Thanks God I pick this hotel. This hotel has a lot of great staff (or maybe just one) that I never experience before. One significant difference is when the staff speak with you, they know who you are, and they never talk nonsense. In my experience most of the 5 stars they do have some manager to walk around and speak to the people during breakfast hour, 99% of these staff come to you and say: How are you? How is your sleep? How is your family sleep? Do you have any plan? And the next day if they come to you again, they ark the same question again & again and they won’t remember what you have said before. I really hate that. There is a manager- Ms. Hely, she did impresses me. I do remember the first day I speak to her I didn’t sleep well and suffering from headache so please leave me alone. The next day she come to me and ask me straightforward: Did my headache issue get better? WOW! She did remember me and what I have said. I never impressed by anyone ever when I stay in a hotel. I used to stay in ST. Regis, Ritz or JW M, those are good hotel but what make this experience great is Ms. Hely. I can see she works with heart and passion. Most of the staff they smile to you like a machine, talk to you like a machine, work like a machine. Ms. Hely shows a much better level of service quality. Whatever I ask or I need, or I plan to do, her answer is always: I will take care it for you. She never says No or I don’t know or I will pass it to someone or I will get back to you soon. Once she said OK, the next time I heard from her is Done. This is professional and high-end service. A luxury property may only offer you good vocation experience but only pay attention to details will make things from good to great. One thing I don’t really like is they don’t have room service after mid night. I can’t believe this happen in a luxury hotel.

My stay at Conrad was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautiful, located near the five islands giving it a unique view of the sea and sunset. Every room feels secluded from your neighbors giving you that feeling of freedom. The staff are so polite and their attention to detail was beyond impressive, the whole resort was immaculate. Every cleaning we returned home to hand written messages and different towel animals. The 3 restaurants they have are superb aswell. Zest was my favourite, serving authentic Thai cuisine. Again the staff were highly attentive and friendly, I would highly recommend it. There is no shortage of things to do in the resort, but my favourite was the spa. They have an extensive list of treatments available and the staff are very knowledgeable and accomodating to your needs. It's in an amazing location secluded in the far corner of the resort with sweeping views of the sea. Overall my experience here was perfect, I couldn't have chosen a better location for my holiday to Samui.

My family and stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The Conrad Koh Samui is the perfect place for an amazing experience. The food was great, villas clean and well-kept, the staff were top-notch. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The breakfast was fantastic. Great vareity and food quality. The villas/rooms are incredible with fantastic views. The staff are world class. Everyone we interacted with were so kind and helpful. The Conrad Koh Samui is truly a special place. We will definately return here on our next trip to Koh Samui.

One of my best hotel stays ever! Service was excellent - staff across all touchpoints were extremely warm and felt like family, and truly cared for us (I went with my pregnant wife and 1.5 year old toddler, and they made sure everyone was well taken care of). We could also feel the passion from everyone working there (from front office/ transportation/ restaurant staff who have worked there for years, to the barista which makes excellent coffee and maintains his equipment with love, and the people giving tours of the farm and maintaining it) Extremely comfortable room with unbeatable views from almost anywhere within the resort, which gave us a huge sense of peace and serenity. Food was also great with an extensive menu, never once felt bored despite having 5D4N of all meals in their restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

The staff was fantastic—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, the room was spotless, and the view was breathtaking, complete with a perfect private pool. The farm visit was also incredibly interesting and inspiring
