Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

This resort has it all. A number of lovely restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches and the accommodations are excellent. The staff is courteous and polite and cater to all the needs of the guests. The food is amazing and the breakfast is spectacular.

Everyone will ask me ‘How is the hotel from The White lotus in real life?’. Well, I don’t know. Because once you check in, life does not seem ‘real’ anymore. I do not know yet If it is the stunning villas, the breathtaking view, the MOST delicious food, the smiles and the exquisite service, the Fisherman’s market dreamy diner in the sand, the private crystal clear beach, the sunsets… Oh wait. Maybe it is the people. Maybe it Hannes, the resort manager, who takes care of every single person with so much kindness and passion, or maybe it is Man, the buggy driver who has been there for more than 15 years, or maybe the spa therapist, who gives you so much peaceful energy and takes you to your treatment cabin showing you the way in this little paradise… Oh! I know. Is it the team at Cocorum? Is it the French maitre patissier, Fabien, who does ART on the table? Or Nicolas, will make you love cocktails more than ever…? I am honestly sure. But it makes sense: dreams do not always have their explanation in words. You just have to find out by yourself… What I know for sure is that I will never forget this dream. It will be with me for the rest of my life. I am so grateful for that.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special stay. Aime at reception gave us the warmest welcome and upgraded us to an incredible room with the most breathtaking view—white sand and turquoise sea below, surrounded by lush green forest. It felt like a dream. Jack, the bellboy, was fantastic—friendly, informative, and set the perfect tone for our stay. Every detail here is taken care of with such care and precision. Service is truly second to none. Our Valentine’s dinner on the beach was a culinary masterpiece, with each dish better than the last. The beach and pool are simply stunning, with cold water always on hand and an unlimited supply of fresh towels—pure luxury. The best hotel breakfast. Can’t begin to describe the quality and choice on offer. And then there was Ray, the masseuse, has absolute magic hands. Yes, it’s expensive—but every moment, every little detail, makes it worth it. An unforgettable experience. We’ll be back!

Villa was spectacular. Very comfortable and relaxing in tranquil setting . Loved the villa pool. Spa was amazing. Had an 150 minute spa treatment (was really looked after by my therapist Orange - big kudos to her!) as always with Four seasons staff - personal attention was high and they adapt very quickly to needs based on preferences they learn. Breakfast was spectacular - great buffet, ala carte, gorgeous views and great service

Best resort we've ever stayed at - can't recommend it more highly. Kid friendly whilst also perfecting quiet, relaxing, luxury for adults. Kids loved the kids and teen club areas and water activities. Man and Teddy were their favourite buggy drivers. My husband and I enjoyed date night eating the best Michelin-noted food and the excellent activity program. We loved snorkeling with Zoe and learning Thai language with Jah. The bountiful buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had. Akshay the F&B vice manager was always present and keen on improving the already perfect food The genuine Samui Thai hospitality cannot be surpassed.
