Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

All aspects have been done very well. Of course, what is irresistible is that natural weather factors have caused it to rain for the past two days, which may have affected some outdoor activities. However, I am very satisfied with the transportation and service from the restaurant, the airport and the hotel. Of course, I also have two suggestions. Regarding the air conditioner in the room, I am staying in Room 103. The air conditioner of this room type is installed in the upper right corner of the bed, which will cause the air conditioner to hit the bed directly, which will make people feel uncomfortable for a long time. I hope you can check the picture below. I suggest installing this windshield to avoid this problem. Thank you.

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon, in a seafront beach suite. We had an amazing time. Yes the hotel is lovely, but it is the service from all the staff that make it amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you, so helpful and friendly. Special mention to ‘Mr A or Ae’ who drives the buggy from reception to your room, a true gentleman. The gentlemen who stay by the pool were also very nice and helpful, my partner had quite a few nasty bits on her foot from mosquitoes or ants, they took care of them daily with their first aid kit. I have never experienced this high quality of service anywhere else in the world. I will definitely be staying here again and I urge anybody to book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. It is well worthy of 5 stars. A few points for consideration (only a very very minor point) 1. Hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner is very expensive, not only for food but especially drinks including water. Yes the food is nice but in comparison to local restaurants, whose prices are considerably cheaper and arguably nicer food it is not worth it. 2. Occasionally our bathroom had an Odour from the drains, understandably this could have been caused but the excessive rain.

Every thing was amazing! What a beautiful and peaceful resort! The location is a bit isolated but that was exactly what I was looking for. The sea view suit is an amazing, big and comfortable room. The food was delicious. And I have to say that what made my experience so much better is the AMAZING staff ! So helpful, so nice and so kind!

The resort offers excellent food and outstanding service. A convenient buggy service takes you to the beach, your room, and anywhere else you need. The dining experience is exquisite with breathtaking views. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it's an amazing stay. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious experience.
