We recently visited Hansar for our Honeymoon and had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, we had great room with a gorgeous view and a really nice breakfast. This has been our favourite hotel we have stayed in in Thailand so far. It has such a relaxing and peaceful vibe, but a great location near the Fisherman’s Village. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again one day.

Very nice, clean and good hotel. We love the food, the people and the location of it. Also, we wanted to have a late checkout for our flight and the hotel agreed with no problem and was very helpful. Again, a wonderful experience and lovely attitude

This was our second extended stay at the Hansar this year (after a wonderful stay at the end of 'high-season' in April) and although we took a more relaxed approach this time it was another wonderful holiday. Surprisingly the hotel was running at 100% occupancy for the duration of our stay, with a Friday night private party at the Japanese restaurant and a Saturday wedding adding to the festivities in the supposed 'wet/low season' - testament to the popularity of this hotel. This time we stayed in one of the XL rooms, which was definitely worth paying a bit extra given the additional space and light compared to the standard room we had last time. Highlights this trip: the morning staff at breakfast continue to be an absolute joy to engage with, the beauty of the hotel - particularly at night - is striking, 'A' - the hotel's tour guide immediately recognized us from our previous trip, and the all-day beach bar is extremely convenient with a high-level of service from the staff that makes it very hard to want to leave the huge sea-facing swimming pool. Also notable was the Luxsa Spa, which for some reason we did not make use of last time, but which is an impressive three-floor space hidden at the back of the hotel with massive treatment rooms. During our stay there was an addictive 2 for 1 offer on massages that was great value for money and encouraged us to visit the spa almost daily. Suffice to say the massages were extremely good and the Spa staff very welcoming. The location once again proved to be beyond convenient with no need to go further than Fisherman's Village, should one choose not to. On the niggle side - the hotel still looks a bit tired (we don't care), but some areas could do with a bit of a jazz-up, the breakfast buffet is still not quite up to other 5* hotel offerings, and they should really make the immediate pool area non-smoking, especially with children around, and force the smokers to light up in designated areas rather than allow them to do so on the sun beds. But these are minor points; of all the hotels we have been fortunate enough to visit, the Hansar remains our favourite and we are already planning stay number 3 for next year.

Really enjoyed my time at this resort, it's so fancy and the staff are really attentive. I really appreciated how close the resort was to fisherman's village, the rooms were really flash. You get to download the app so I could schedule the room clean or order dinner from my phone - uch appreciated. The highlight is the infinity pool, recommend taking a swim before 10am if you want it all to yourself
