Infinity Residences & Resort Koh Samui

We booked Infinity directly for a two week stay for August 2019 and paid the full amount up front as it was a Special Deal. We have tried to contact the resort to confirm our booking and have received a four line email saying the resort cannot afford to stay open and is now bankrupt. We have contacted the management company - Phoenix Hotel Management in France who say they no longer manage Infinity Resort and Residences Koh Samui. We have received no further communication from the Resort. BEWARE !

Honestly, not sure how to start expressing my opinion/view about this 0 trash hell of a hotel. My family and I have visited Koh Samui Island 5 times. Every year has been better than the other, we stayed at different hotel/resort every year. from the Renaissance, Nikki Beach, Le Meridien, Centara who'm were great, to now "Infinity". Without hesitation the Infinity trash hotel was by far the worst hotel we've ever checked in at. Worst decision ever. Dirty beds, dusty floors, insects/flies in food, slow room service, stained robes, dirty toilets, etc... Within the same day we checked out of Infinity & into Nikki Beach. 0 STAR RATING!

My stay at the Infinity was fantastic from being picked up at the airport then our welcome champagne to settling in our perfect duplex apartment which had views across to the perfect blue seas. It was low season and understandably the restaurant was closed but no problem as we were taken to Bang Po area whenever we wanted where the beach bars were many and cheap. The staff were kind ,knowledgeable and efficient.The gardens were manicured , absolutely beautiful. Maybe some places need painting on the balcony but with the very humid weather also understandable.The whole holiday was perfect .I would visit again tomorrow ...wish I could ....enjoyed every minute.

The hotel is on the top of the hill and it has perfect view which you can enjoy the view while having a cold beer on your pool side.. Staff is very attentive and they serve you well right away on your door step to bring the food and drinks that you had ordered. If you try their offered reasonable trip around the island you will surely enjoy lke what we had the a jungle trip were you will be picked up by the big 4 wheel jeep up to the mountain and had i rie with the awsome elephants! I will certainly be back to these stunning place! With the staff at front desk specially noom who take cares all your needs he is very outgoing person he speaks a lot and introduce what are recommended to do in Ko Samui! See you all guys again!

My wife and I had an excellent time in infinity, we were up the mounting with a stunning sea view. The suite we booked was modern contemporain lots of space with private pool and amazing see view. Staff was so kind, always here to help us. The residence is quiet in the mountain in the Jungle close to a Buddha temple. There is free shuttle at anytime to go down the beach and main road, in 5 min really convenient Thank you to Infinity staff for this wonderful stay!
