We are back again for our second visit! We had a wonderful Beach BBQ again on Saturday night even though it was windy it was still allot of fun Sunday was a much better day better weather We are very happy to see the big footballs are taken away from the pool area and now we can relax ! And our favorite DJ is still there to make us dance in the water So happy to be back , This time around full mark 10 out of 10 Shalom

Amazing hotel The staff are the nicest people!!!! The food is amazing.. specially the breakfast! Will come back again for sure!!! Stayed here for 5 nights, me and my husband had the best time of our lives The hotel did a fire show on Saturday night and it was amazing

We travelled to Koh Samui in Thailand as a family of three in January 2025 and stayed at the Kimpton Kitalay Resort. I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived and were served some refreshing drinks and gifted bracelets with sand from the local beach —staff members went out of their way to make us feel welcome and pampered throughout our entire stay. The resort itself is beautifully designed with a stunning views. It has plenty of dining options and we enjoyed breakfast buffet, bakery treats and dining at the restaurants there. The spa treatments were equally remarkable, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation in a beautiful space, but I found it a bit pricey. What really sets Kimpton Kitalay apart is the attention to detail. Every corner of the resort is thoughtfully designed, all areas are very clean and well maintained. Little details like night treats with cute messages saying “we love you to horizon and back” were something we looked forward to every night returning back to the room. We wanted to say a special thank you to the reception staff Thunder who was always very friendly, respectful and helped us with everything we needed.

We recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel and I want to start by saying that the staff and service were absolutely excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was also very good but we found the drink prices to be unreasonably high. One thing to note is that the atmosphere is very family-oriented. By 9 PM, most guests are in their rooms and the bar closes by 9:45 PM, which makes it less ideal for couples looking for a more lively or relaxing evening. During our stay, about 80% of the guests were families with very little children, which led to a lot of noise during breakfast and at the pool. This is, of course, not the hotel’s fault but rather due to some parents not managing their kids’ behavior. For couples without children looking to relax, I would recommend investing in an adults-only hotel instead. While the Kimpton is undoubtedly a fantastic choice for families, it’s not the best fit for those seeking a peaceful and quiet escape. All in all, it’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but as a couple without kids, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Such a lovely resort! Beautiful location and rooms - Especially the pool is gorgeous. But what stood out in particular was the incredible service. A special shout out to Moss who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We also had some of the best massages in the lovely spa. Can highly recommend a stay here.
