Where do i begin? We booked this hotel as one of 4 places around Thailand to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This place is an absolute gem! Our pool villa was stunning, so clean and the comfiest of beds and pillows. We ate breakfast which was perfect. We also ate a couple of meals here which were lovely, as we sat by the beach. The hotel offers a laundry service, but it is linked with a local service (supporting the local economy). You just fill your basket up (in your room) and take it to reception. This was a very welcoming service, after 2 weeks of sweaty clothes being packed in our suitcases due to travelling in various places before we arrived! The staff are the best. So welcoming and respectful. Our room was beautifully cleaned every day. The reception staff so helpful. The breakfast team amazing, and the bar and restaurant team equally amazing. Big shout out to the maintenance man (didn't catch his name), as when we arrived late at night, I had lost my keys to my suitcase (left behind 300 miles away)! He cut the padlock and saved the day! The hotel grounds are spotless! Honestly, we didn't want to leave to continue our travels and we are sad to be leaving. Thank you again to everyone who works there. You made this part of our travelling very memorable (and we've got clean clothes!).

Ignore any bad reviews ……. We stayed for 11 nights after a few nights in Phuket, we were greeted with most friendly faces as we entered the reception area, a lovely drink a quick check in then onto the room, I then received a birthday cake as this trip was for my 50th. I upgraded to the Deluxe Pool Villa which has a bigger pool than the other 2 Villa types, best decision we made. This had a table and chairs, a double day bed poolside with a large decking area. Pool/Beach towels in the room too. Changed daily. We stayed in 216 and the room was very big with a free-standing bath separate shower and double sinks. The room was cleaned every day. The grounds and the setting are very tropical and very well kept. We were BB and had breakfast every day, there is everything you would want, a fresh egg bar, all fruit, salads, meats the lot and of course a Thai selection that was very popular. We ate at night a couple of times and the menu and quality off food was fantastic. Of course, it is a more expensive than the restaurants outside but that’s obvious. Even though the place was full it was very quiet around the grounds, and you could get beds around the pool, we stayed more around the villa as I’m sure most did. You have a SAII app for ordering room service, speak to the team or anything else you need, we found this a great idea. There is a 10 min walk to the main street where you can find a 7/11, restaurants and everything else. Its safe and the locals very happy to see you and say hello. The location is great as it’s a short taxi to Bo Phut, Fisherman’s Village and Choengmon Beach. The hotel books these for you, also download the “Grab” app, this is Thailands Uber and we used it a lot and was very reliable. We had the best time and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff work very hard and were so helpful.

We had a great time! The staff was fantastic and they made us feel welcome at all times. The breakfast was great and so was the restaurant menu. What I liked the most was that it wasn't crowded at all. You could sit everywhere you wanted! The rooms were great and the views from the eating areas were beautiful. The staff were honestly my favorite part!

These villas are 15 mins walk from Choeng Mon and local restaurants within 5 mins walk, Bay Leaf was our favourite. They provide cheap shuttles to Fisherman’s Village and Chaweng. Staff are fantastic and eager to make your stay good. Villas are lovely and cleaning goid. Tea, water provided. They give you 4 coffee pods but you have to buy them after that. They do not automatically provide sunbeds at the villas. We asked so got 2. I feel these are necessary with a pool. They said there isn’t room with the coffee table and chairs they provide but we found it fine. Plenty of sunbeds and beanbags by the pools. Lovely area with swim up bar. Restaurant and breakfast was superb. The main reason we didn’t eat here more than once was the prices. We could eat and drink comparable food at local restaurants for a third of the price. We did have happy hour drinks as this made them ok prices. This is a shame as the location of the hotel bar and restaurant near the sea was amazing. I understand hotels need to charge more but out of all of hotels on our trip SAii was quite a lot more expensive. Overall fab stay and we would use SAii hotels again.

Stunning pool villas, lovely staff, lovely area, the only downfall was the beach, it was always full of rubbish, don’t think they bothered because it didn’t belong to the resort. We also had a bbq buffet one night which wasn’t cheap, and it was cold and not much choice. We had a lovely 5 days but ate outside resort as food was lush and cheap x
