Nice place with good Service
Bed a little bit hard. Changing the room was no problem. Some pools at the room are very small - Cannot really be called pool. Coffee not strong. Should be improved.! Very kind Staff. Near to all busy places in Lamai. Taxis in front of the entrance available.

Great hotel in the best location in Lamai
Great hotel located on the best part of Lamai beach, within easy 10 minutes walk of restaurants, bars & night market.Staff are superb and go out of their way to treat you more like family than customers, nothing is too much for them and any problems are sorted immediately. Special mention to Ting, Miss Nan & A (security on beach) along with the GM Terry Lim who were all exceptional with their customer service. Our second stay at this fabulous boutique hotel and would definitely stay again.If you book direct with hotel there are a few extras that you get for nothing too.

Great hotel!
Overall great hotel and nice experience! Super nice staff. Some more hangers in the room would be great, as there is space outside of the closet but no possibility to really use it, unless you bring your own hangers. But this is a minor suggestion for improvement.

Beautiful friendly resort in the perfect location
The Pavilion Samui was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and peaceful. The beach was so clean. The staff were always kind and helpful and smiling. The location was the best! The night market was so close we could walk there in 3 minutes. We went there most nights for live music and snacks. There are plenty of shops, tour offices, and restaurants right in the immediate area. We enjoyed trips to the islands and mountains. We also had a lovely dinner and entertainment at the pavilion resort’s Taste of Thailand night. I would recommend this resort to the traveler who appreciates a peaceful atmosphere and a small boutique style

Perfect hotel with very good service
Stay in this hotel was perfect. Friendly staff and very good service. Large rooms and very nice outdoor area. Beautiful beach by the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for families.The breakfast selection and the food in the restaurant were very good.
