Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort

We have stayed at the Pavilion Hotel in Lamai for the last 2 years and are excited to be returning again in February and we cannot wait! The location is unbeatable – it’s right on the beach, and situated on, what we think, is one of the nicest parts of Lamai Beach. It is ideal for a relaxing and tranquil beach getaway but close enough to the nightlife too. We stayed in a private pool villa (room 403). It’s comfortable and spacious and gave us the luxury of having our own private pool. The bed is massive with a good firm mattress and the room has a separate shower, toilet and bath areas. We made use of the public pool (of which there are 2) and the beach, so there’s enough sunbeds for everyone, and both pools and beach are literally a stones throw from the villa. The food is consistently good and is delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The cocktails were fantastic, and the staff always friendly and attentive. The view from the bar and restaurant gives you panoramic views of the beach. It's the perfect spot to unwind with our favourite “4 o’clock cocktail” (!) while enjoying the scenery. ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming and always go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. We’ve visited Thailand before and know how wonderful the country is but there’s something about Lamai and The Pavilion in particular that keeps bringing us back. Maybe it is the perfect balance of relaxation, great service, and a beautiful setting, either way, we are counting down the weeks until we are back!

This was our first time in Koh Samui, The Pavilion Samui villas and Resort. Both Koh Samui and the Resort were everything we could have wished for. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. We'd like to mention the Restaurant manager Thada, I had a fall at breakfast one morning and he really looked after me. The chefs Bradad and Saw made the most delicious food, we had a memorable cooking class with them. And a huge Thank you to Mew who constantly gives the best customer service. We'll definitely be back. The only negative we had was the sunloungers were very uncomfortable, they need cushions. I did mention this and was told it would be looked into.

This resort has. great location right on the beach and it is on the nicest part of Lamai beach with no weed. The pool villa was very comfortable and nice to have our own pool but we also used the beach and the public pool. The food was good, great cocktails and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The busy town and night market are just outside so easy to accessvbut we mainly relaxed on the resort as we have been to Thailand before.

The staff and location are the highlight of this resort. The beach is wonderful and clean and the sea is safe for swimming. The view from the bar and restaurant can’t be faulted. Everyone who works in this area goes above and beyond to make your experience a good one, including the security guy on the beach who works tirelessly keeping the beach clean and making sure you are comfortable. We stayed in the balcony deluxe room on a luxury Escapes deal, unfortunately these rooms are well past their best. I would not stay in this room type again. The hydro pool rooms look much better if the price is right

We stayed for a week -couple and five kids at the age 12-17. We had excellent time, the hotel is very clean, the food is tasty, the service is very professional. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very convinient-the hotel is very near markets and shops, a few seconds away. There are two swimming pools, an exit to the sea. We had the best time ever, a vacation to remember. Thank you
