Awesome staff , accommodating and food was great All facilities perfect we did the luxury escapes package great value Beach out front and multi pools location was perfect thanks to the staff for making our trip so good we will return Wednesday had the yummiest breakfast but all meals we had were tasty

Hotel staff at restaurant and bar and beach are FANTASTIC!! Don’t know all names and there are too many to mention and spelling will be a bit wrong but thanks to Ruam/Aye(beach security) /Ding and Da ( I think thats her name) but she brought us wine etc etc and a big beautiful smile. In a hotel where it has a beachfront onto one of the most beautiful soft sand beaches i have seen - it was the staff that made the difference. Thankyou all !! Food was excellent in hotel. Prices were higher as you eould expect with 10% service charge added on. Room was generally good - needs a bit of tlc in places. Only thing we must mention is that ours overlooked a small river which smelled into our room on one night and the daily nightmarket which has a band that played till about 11.30. So struggled to sleep up to then but afterwards room lovely and quiet. Likely many rooms away from the nightmarket side will not be affected. Thanks to everyone once more - we had a wonderful time in Lamai - hope to see you all again sometime- Simon and Linda

Perfect location, amazing food and cocktails. The resort is perfect for a relaxing and memorable time. A huge thanks to al the amazing staff in particular Mew, A, Ting and all the others. They were so helpful and friendly. It was a joy staying here. We are definitely going to come back next year.

Excellent staff and a quiet relaxed atmosphere made this a memorable and outstandingly positive holiday. Rooms were great (if a little dark), comfortable beds and plenty of room. We had a plunge pool room and a deluxe balcony room. Both were great. Staff at breakfast and on the beach were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful (notably Mui Mui and Ting). Everything was pretty much closed by 9.30 and everyone gone to bed by the Door (10m away) kept going until 11am. Plenty of restaurant and bar choices nearby as well. Plenty of sun beds at pools and on the beach. Pools were much better than the photos show.

From the moment we walked into reception, no actually, the moment our TikTok pulled up outstanding 2 lovely men carried out backpacks, we were treated like VIPs! Reception were amazing, organised a special surprise for my husband and actually went beyond my expectations, always helpful, smiling and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing that day, thank you ladies! Our Hydro pool villa was immaculate and every day was cleaned, topped up with tea coffee water and basically took care of everything. Very quickly done too and our Pool had the sun from 10-4 so didn’t use the main pools but they looked very inviting. Air con was fabulous but a little too noisy for me but not enough to complain about just my preference. Bed is firm but again it had a lovely topper and they did say would double it if needed so if you need a comfy bed and Egyptian cotton sheets then it’s very comfy. Beach is very well looked after with a security guard making sure you get a bed (there’s loads) and clearing away any rubbish. Breakfast has such a relaxed atmosphere although we did find a couple were very keen to clear plates but better than a dirty table! The egg station is lovely, pancakes galore too. So much Thai and western to choose from and the pastries are so fresh. Thank you to everyone that made our time here one of the most memorable on our 6 week trip a
