The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui

Such a lovely hotel. Right on the beach and lots of green spaces. There’s lots to do and they offer free courses like yoga Pilates and Muay Thai. Theres a spa village with many options to choose from. Amy was the best masseuse! Would definitely book her again.

Due to the nature of my work, I have been fortunate enough to stay in one of the best hotels around the world in nearly every continent. But the Ritz-Carlton SAMUI has a VERY special place in my heart. From the moment you arrive you feel loved and looked after. Every member of the team from the gardeners to the GM cannot do enough to enhance your experience and always with a genuine smile on their faces. This is my second time coming to this hotel and I hope to continue coming from years to come. Thank you so much RC SAMUI team for looking after us. A huge special thank you to Sunny, who has once again looked after us so well. I was amazed he went as far as personally buying some birthday decorations for our bedroom to celebrate my partner’s birthday!! I have never received such above and beyond service like this. I truly hope to see Sunny in a senior manager role next time I’m here. Also a big thanks to Hueng at breakfast (and the rest of the bfast team), Bear, Hassan and Mahdee in the sports team for keeping us fit and energised all week, Nick and Bernice at reception and all the others! If you are trying to decide where to stay in SAMUI, trust me, you won’t regret booking this hotel. Thanks again RC team and hopefully see you soon!

Couldn’t fault the Ritz Carlton at all , the staff are the most friendly and courteous staff at a hotel I have ever experienced, the hotel is spread out and if I’m honest this makes it feel less busy in areas which is something we loved , golf carts are around all the time to run you around so this was never a problem at anytime. We had an exclusive pool villa ( Room 9102 ) which was right on the beech and close enough to the main breakfast area with a small stroll each morning, the pool villa was cleaned everyday and is spacious with a large patio area with seating adjacent with a perfect sized pool just to cool off when needed . As said all the staff were great but a special mention for Tee who always took time to see if we was ok and anything we wanted , others to mention were Yok , Nai , Sal and Sem who all took time to chat , breakfast staff always helpful as well including the executive chef who always said hello and asked if all was ok. When I return to Koi Samui there is on one hotel I will return to and that’s this one . Fantastic hotel with some great memories.

The Ritz-Carlton Koh-samui was very impressive. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious. Our good friend, Mr. Ar, the staff of the restaurant by the sea and his team all recommended the food and facilities to us. Thank you, Ms. Ploy, for writing us a small card. It was very beautiful. We really liked the sea view at this restaurant. It was very comfortable and relaxing. It was a new experience.

We stayed in an ultimate pool villa, both the villa and the view are outstanding. Check in experience was great, as we were given a warm welcome.
