Could not recommend more!
Our stay here was perfect - could have not asked for a better experience, we just wish we stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful and facilities were top notch. The staff at the resort were also fantastic and Sunny especially went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special and organised so many things for us! Very happy with Sunny’s exceptional customer service! We will certainly be back

Highlight of the week
We had some cocktails to start the night at the Tides Upper Deck where the staff was really kind and caring. We especially liked Beauty, Nene, Pawii and Ally as well well as the German Who worked there Chris. Afterwards We had some amazing fish at the beachfront Restaurant where Jam, Ploy, Bas and Ar rocked the show. Topped up with a fireshow We had an amazing night

Best experience as a family of three!!
We traveled to Thailand for the first time to Asia with our 18 month old toddler and we booked the ritz knowing we can rely on the quality of service. But what we experienced surpasses any of our expectation. From the check in to the buggy rides to breakfast to the spa every single person we interacted with made us feel special. Everyone would remember you and they always did something extra for my daughter who was having the time of our life. One thing that I must mention was the spa experience. I have had the privilege to travel all across the world and experience spa at different resorts and hotel. This was hands down the best massage I have ever received, and not just the treatment but the whole experience was so beautiful and personalized. Leena was amazing! Highly highly recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility!

The hotel is simply stunning. Super good facilities and very good restaurants. Food was good at every location and I would say that the highlights are the people. Everyone so kind and always pro active to help and support. Sunny was our guy during the stay and he is simply amazing! Super service oriented and kind, coordinating everything for us. Thank you!!!
