Amazing crew and amazing hotel
Our family had an amazing experience at the W hotel Koh Samui. I would like to thank Cookie for excellent service and making the stay very smooth. This hotel offered so many special amenities and we appreciated every single one of them. I would definitely come back again for longer stays and hopefully see the amazing crew again. Thank you!

Cool and relaxed vibes. There’s nearly no reason to leave the resort
Highly recommended! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the beach is super relaxed, the breakfast is excellent, the main restaurant exceeded our expectations with a large variety of tasty fresh food (try the lobster!), the whole atmosphere was very tranquil. The cocktails a W bar are also a big highlight. The villas are not the newest anymore, but still very good maintained, large and quiet. We booked a half board package with drinks happy hour, which I would highly recommend. Overall, this has a grown up cool vibe. There’s nearly no reason to leave the resort. We would return anytime.

Hotel experience
The hotel is perfect spot in smuai Island, the fabulous view, the kind staff, the gym, the pool. The breakfast was wonderful, everything we wanted, even if not been on the menu we got, the fresh coconut and the taste of all the dishes was outstanding. All the fit coaches, especially Boom and Boss upgrade our fitness lifestyle with private lessons and care. Also Emmy and ball at the bar, Annie at kitchen table, and Mandy the executive chef(best chef!) Very clean, free water and ice cream, perfect beach and view, if you want a great vacation, go to there! Also the reception stuff, Nancy and Mo were very kind, help with recommendations for restaurants, transportation and all the things we needed. Also No Noè from the cleaning stuff very professional. Priceless! Waiting to see you again, Levy family.

Great stay don't hesitate to stay here.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was top notch from all the staff. Shout out to bunny and all the team as they were so friendly and could t do enough for you. Didn't get a thing wrong. Rooms were so comfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel with such lovely hotel staff. Cannot fault this place.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
