A Beautiful Honeymoon
We went to the W Koh Samui for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff is warm, helpful, and committed to making your experience amazing. Our highlights included the gorgeous rooms with private pools, delicious breakfast buffet & Japanese restaurant (Namu), and welcoming staff that take the time to get to know you. Kookie and Michael in particular spent extra time sharing the Must Do's of the island. Kookie also surprised us with extra sweets and gifts to our villa. The location of the hotel is great, it's removed enough from the town but close enough for a quick grab to the fisherman's village or chahuang.

Exquisite stay
Great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful beach and outstanding swimming pool! Toni, Mo and Bunny were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the beach bar does fantastic sunset cocktails. we had a beach view room, which was beautifully designed and had fantastic views. great stay.

Fantastic memory at W Koh Samui
Awesome experience at W...specially the photoshoot done by Ton @W Koh Samui. It serves as a great memory for our family. Took just 30 mins with HD pics. Thank you for our pics across different locations at this wonderful n picturesque property.

Lovely stay at W Hotel Samui
We really enjoyed our stay at W Hotel Samui. The room, staff, food, service, and everything was exceptional. We love special breakfast menu, the southern curry dish was divine. Khun Ton, a talented photographer was amazing and made our stay here more memorable. Thank you so much.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
