The Best!!
I treated myself to a couple of nights at this beautiful W resort for the last part of my Thailand trip. Even though I was by myself, I had the time of my life here just staying in the resort. Everyone of the staff is so friendly, sweet, welcoming, and attentive: at the front desk, the bar, the gym, breakfast, everywhere. The reservations and front desk team were super responsive and professional in helping me change around my reservation. The villa was absolutely beautiful in every detail. The rooms (villas) seem very well taken care of, good as brand new. I loved relaxing in the private backyard with the private pool. Also, so many fun activities and happy hours going on in different parts of the resort every day throughout the day. I hope to go back to Koh Samui just to stay at the W again!

Great stay
Thank you Ton for the wonderful photos. He took great photos at us at the lobby and by the beach. Ton’s a great photographer who took natural photos of us and made us feel comfortable. Namu was a great place to have dinner and the breakfast had great variety of food. We had a wonderful stay.

Great time at W Koh Samui
Thank you Ton for the lovely photos, we had a great time during the photo shoot. The villa was beautiful and the staff were great. My Mom had a fall and the team was helpful and thoughtful in making sure we got to the hospital. Namu continues to be my favourite restaurant in Koh Samui!

Excellent stay and divine food at the W
We just completed a week-long stay at the W Koh Samui, where we enjoyed the most relaxing family time. We were a group of 6 adults (grandparents and parents), a 6 year old and 2 toddlers. From our extensive dietary requirements to activities on the odd rainy day, nothing was too much for the staff, who were exceptionally kind and hospitable. Special mention must go to Pablo at the bar, Manoj and Khun Bee at The Kitchen Table restaurant (who made our stay!) and the photographer, Mr. Ton, who took the most beautiful family photos of us around the resort. This was truly a magical and unforgettable stay that we will cherish for a long time to come!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
