Its was great host we had the tropical villa with private pool Every one of the workers were amazing and already know you preferences and name which really cool. The food is outstanding we ate from multiple restaurants and they were really great food The facilities is also amazing the beach is very calm and peaceful

From the moment we arrived at the W, the staff greeted us with genuine hospitality and instantly made it feel like we were returning guests who have stayed at the property multiple times (which after this experience we hope to do!) The attention to detail was nothing short of exceptional. From remembering coffee preferences in the morning to asking us about our excursions after returning back. Every detail was thoughtful and personalised. I would like to also give special recognition to Patrick & Mo from the FOH team. Coming with previous hospitality experience I can truly recognise and appreciate outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Patrick is definitely an invaluable asset to the W team and I wish him all the best. Mo went above and beyond to ensure my partner's 30th was unforgettably memorable. From arranging a surprise birthday cake to notifying off-property reservations that we were celebrating a special occasion. Every thoughtful gesture made us feel valued and cared for. She definitely has left a lasting impression on us and I hope our paths cross again soon. She is truly pursing excellence.

Living in W Koh Samui was an additional experience within the Thailand experience. We enjoyed everything the the WOW bar to the Kayaking with Sweet Spot being a guilty pleasure. We being Vegetarian had a lot of concerns regarding the food. The chef Manoj Kottarathil, Sous Shef Chef Santipong Thongsut and his team were always there to answer all our questions related to food and time and again made expections for us. We were spoiled with choices when it came to food. We love the stay here and one of the most important reason to say this was the food.

After working in the travel industry for over 10 years and staying at a lot of hotels, I can honestly say W Koh Samui is one of my all-time favourites. The experience from start to finish is exceptional. The staff are incredible — especially with kids. Warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, they made the stay feel effortless and personal. The villa was huge, with a private pool and its own section of the beach — perfect for both relaxing and letting the kids run around. It’s hard to beat that level of privacy and space. Food and drinks across the resort are a real highlight. Amazing Breakfast buffet or made to order, fresh juices and amazing pastries. Woo Bar is the ideal sunset spot with great cocktails. The Beach Bar brings a laid-back vibe with kayaks hammocks and day beds, and Namu Japanese is genuinely one of the best restaurants in the country. We didn't leave the hotel much, but if you do easy access to chaweng with a daily shuttle. Whether you’re travelling as a couple or a family, this place nails it. A perfect mix of luxury, fun, and incredible service.
