W Koh Samui

We had a wonderful stay at W Koh Samui with our children! The hotel is stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff made our experience unforgettable. A special thanks to Namu for the amazing dining experience and to Khun Oh for the warm hospitality—both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway!

We had great experience with set up birthday dinner in Namu restaurant with great service of team khun Oh. Birthday girl enjoyed full evening, with wide palet of starters (japanese/thai), all sharing of 9 people, fully satisfied. Beautiful sea view, very nice spot.

This’s my 4th time staying at W hotel and it won’t be the last time. Every time I came back, I felt very warm welcome by the team. The hotel was very kind to me. They arranged an upgrade to Ocean View Escape room. The room was so beautiful, conformable and clean with a stunning view. I loved the morning song from the bird. The greenery of the tree with the blue ocean made me felt so relaxed. We mostly walked by ourselves for other stays when we stayed at Tropical Oasis. For this time, we only called for the golf cart as the room is located on the hill. Bellman service was quick and professional. They arrived the room in a few minute. Housekeeping team also did a great job. They provided enough towels, water, enough amenities in the room for us. I stayed here this time to celebrate my birthday. The room was decorated beautifully along with fabulous birthday amenities to surprise me. It’s WOW. It’s much more than I expected. During my stay, I had lunch at Sip bar and ordered room service for dinner. Both experience was very good. Especially, food at Sip bar was delicious. We also had some drinks at Woo Bar with the fire show. We enjoyed it a lot. What I could not forget to mention is breakfast. This is always my favorite thing while staying here. I met Chef Bee every time. She is always kind and so friendly. All team was so nice. They made yummy food for us. Khun Minnie also made the fresh juice for me and I loved it. Thank you to Khun Mo, Khun Peipei, Khun James, Khun Kratai, Khun Yod, Khun Gift at the breakfast, Khun Mei-Li at Sip bar, and everyone that I don’t mention on here. Everyone took care of us very well. I highly recommend W hotel. Thank you very much once again for making my stay so special and memorable.

Was amazing to be in spacial event evening Golden Hour. Nice music and DJ playing. The venue is also great in Extreamly WOW ocean haven as it offers a nice sea view. I also met such a wonderful people around Koh Samui, Thank you Mo and.Ton for amazing conversation and recommendations around the resort. I will be back for next event!!

What a night out in W! They changed one of their villa to a party place and the vibe is delicious and flavorful. Great quality of champagne together with oysters. Love it !!! Thank to Mo to told me this special event. Lot of fun lot of drinks. Last but not least , awesome DJ!!
