Wonderful experience for Christmas Holiday
We visited at the end of year. The weather, tempreature, view, hotel service, food.. everything was amazing!! We highly recommend the food at Namu where you can have mixed Japanese & Thai cuisine. We also had photoshooting and kept our beautiful memories in photos. Our 4yo daughter was happy to have this photoshooting. All the staff is very kind to kids. Although there aren't much kids activities, our kid was pleased with the hospitality, swing, beach and tour to pig island. The hotel also arranged the tour and we could have a great time. 年末に訪れました。気候、景色、サービス、食べ物すべてが素晴らしいです。（12月中旬までは雨季でそれまでは酷い天気だったそうです）日本人シェフたかさんが美味しいお料理を提供してくれます。和風とタイをミックスしたお料理も美味しいです。フォトシューティングも行い、子供が喜んでいました。美しいホテルやタイの思い出を写真に残すことができ満足です。キッズアクティビティはあまりありませんが、スタッフが皆さんとても子供に優しいです。4歳の娘は写真撮影、ブランコ、貝集め、タイ染めでTシャツ作り、ヨガ、ピッグアイランドへのツアーを楽しみました。ツアーはホテルがアレンジしてくれました。

Good hotel, great photos
The hotel is great, great view and service, also thank you Ton for these generous and great photos, we will definitely come back again sometime. And I will recommend this hotel and Ton to all my friends! Thank you again! Love Koh Sumui!!! ❤️❤️

Japanese restaurant food!
The Japanese food was delicious, and very fresh! And the staff were lovely and very helpful. All the food was very quick and tasted amazing with a lot of flavour! I enjoyed the experience very much and will definitely be coming again. Thank you!

Ton clicks very nice picture of us, our room is very beautiful. About hotel the location is amazing. Hotel is connected to the beach We creat very great moments here.our food is very testy. Staff is also supportive. This is excellent honeymoon place.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
