Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

This hotel is absolutely 5 star. Stayed for a few days in a Horizon Club room with access to breakfast snacks evening afternoon tea and a variety of food available later in the day. Horizon club also provided wines spirits soft drinks tea and coffees. The service was top class. The staff team are a real credit to the hotel and I would always stay here if visiting Hong Kong. I cannot find anything to improve on Fantastic stay and I will be back.

The location of the hotel is really strategic and lively. Perfect location for the first-timer in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is convenient and comfortable with spacious room and comfortable bedding. The housekeeping team really did a great job in ensuring a clean and tidy room every day. The Horizon Lounge on the 21st floor has amazing view and crew. Thank you Jenny for remembering our coffee preferences and for being so kind from early morning. Also to Max, Cattie, Kit and the rest of the team who took care of us for 6 days. Last but not least to the chefs who made us amazing breakfast every morning. Thank you all

Nice hotel in a great location on the harbour front. Plenty of facilities nearby. Good size very clean room. Friendly staff. My only criticism would be that I found breakfast to be quite unappealing. Hard to cater for diverse tastes but the western selection was not very good and below what I would consider acceptable for such a hotel.

Strongly recommend to patronize Cafe Kool and enjoy a sumptuous buffet. I used to be a frequent customer with my family but ceased going there for the last few years. With little expectation, my family went there again today and had the buffet. We find the dishes, environment and the level of service have all been substantially uplifted. All go far beyond expectation. Good job the chef and all staff. Above all, it’s very value for money (30% off if booked online). Will definitely come again.

Where do i begin...? I surprised my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary by taking her on a 3 days trip to Hongkong and staying at Shangri La Kowloon. I emailed Shangri La telling them of our occasion, hoping for a better room. When we arrive, we are both surprised/awed by the length and effort of the Guest Relations Team. For us just regular travellers.....I have never known such service from any hotel in the world... ..... They have upgraded our room to a harbour view room ! They gave us a bottle of champagne ! They gave us a box of chocolate... They have decorated our room ( We are so touched by this....) They gave us 2 cards, 1 of which they draw it themselves.... They gave my wife a big bouquet of flowers ! They gave us the most delicious tiramisu cake i have ever tasted ! They gave us a super late check out. And they gave us Free Breakfast vouchers for 3 days .......! ..... Thank you Shangri La Kowloon ! The ambience and fragrance of your hotel is amazing... Thank you to Gary who checked us in and send us to our room. Thank you to the Guest Relations Team...Molly Mo, Amber, Vivienne, Akira and Kammy ! God bless you all for doing all this.... thank you !!
