Horizon Club Excellence
The Horizon Club was very special. I went for a drink on the first evening and thought there would just be some peanuts and crisps. Amazing how much generous food was offered. One evening I didn’t even have to go for dinner. The staff were extremely good too - so, very polite and attentive. I also really enjoyed the breakfasts. As I was jet-lagged I often got the The Horizon Club early and it was so peaceful and quiet to sit and watch the harbour. Thank you very much for a very memorable visit.

We stayed here a year ago and had an amazing experience! Though I didn’t get the chance to write a review earlier, it’s worth taking the time now to share how much we loved our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a harbor view room after booking a twin room. The view was absolutely stunning! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, so convenient with the metro station nearby, and close to plenty of branded shopping stores. We chose this place because Shangri-La has always been a reliable choice, and once again, it did not disappoint. The service, ambiance, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location. Will definitely return when we get the chance!

Very beautiful hotel. Excellent location, very lively area with a lot of shopping and restaurants. The views from the harbour room are amazing. Very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Harbour views outside the hotel are absolutely amazing.
