Sheraton Grand Krakow

Very nice and clean! Staff very warm and helpful. My husband was ill and a wait staff - OLGA - was so kind to help me make up a soup and bread and she even offered to help personally to carry it up to our room! I really appreciated her willingness and kindness!!

Stayed for a four night break second week of November 2024. A Hotel can have the finest facilities in the world, and yes this has some. Nice pool, jacuzzi ,sauna & spa to name a few. However I do believe it is the hardworking, professional snd cheerful Staff that makes a Hotel Grand. Natalia the front office Supervisor and Kamil one of the young men who works on the Reception desk. These two young people are a credit to the Sheraton Grand. Between them they sorted out a situation in a calm and reassuring manner. While all the time reassuring my Husband and I. The situation was escalated to the front office Manager.. Conrad on the same night.. even though he was off duty. Between them they went above and beyond to rectify the problem that wasn’t of their making..or ours! Many Thanks to the 3 of you again. The young lady on the Breakfast Check in also deserves a mention,..Nikola.. Thank you for your Sunny smiles and cheerful manner every morning ..and for the free Polish speaking lessons. Last but not least.. the Lady who made our room up immaculately every day and was always cheerful and friendly Svetlana..Thank you. We ate our evening meal in the hotel on 2 of the 4 nights..very tasty and substantial portions. Breakfast also was very good quality with lots of choices. Overall I give 10 out of 10 with gold stars for the whole experience of staying in the Sheraton Grand. Mr Papatolios, Sir.. Please make sure the staff I have named get the Credit they deserve.. We stayed at the Sheraton Grand for 4 days at the start of November and I have to say we were well looked after. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Wawel Castle and only a 10 minute or so walk to the old town square with all of its bars, restaurants and shops, it’s about the same distance to the Jewish quarter at Kazimierz. When we stayed the guests were a mixture of business people and tourists. The hotel is lovely, our bedroom was a good size, the breakfast buffet was great with a good choice of hot and cold food, there’s a nice Spa area and 3 bars/restaurants where you can drink/eat, we particularly enjoyed having a nightcap in the Rooftop Bar before bed. The best part of this hotel however is the staff, all the staff are friendly and very helpful, everybody would smile and say hello as they passed. They all went out of their way to provide an excellent level of service and offer advice on where to visit, how to get there etc. We found Jakob, the Assistant Manager, to be particularly good but they were all very nice people and a credit to the hotel. One thing is for sure, the next time we visit Krakow, we will be staying at the Sheraton Grand.

My favorite hotel! Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean!! Good service and the food is top quality. The “ Club Lounge” is a wonderful place. Night food and drink service is excellent! Robert,the supervisor ,keeps the place immaculate and makes sure each customer is happy. If you are coming to Krakow, come to the Sheraton!

Great hotel. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Had a nice meal at SomePlace Else, which offered ample food options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Nice views across the Vistula River.
