Sheraton Grand Krakow

Warm welcome for a returning guest. Excellent river view room with very comfy bed. Only criticism of the room was a shower over the bath, which as an elderly traveller, I find to be dangerous. Public areas are welcoming with a choice of bars. We ate once in the Sports Bar, where the Fish and Chips were excellent and once in the main Italian resteraunt where I was not impressed by the food. The hotels club room was excellent, superbly managed by the very amiable Robert with tasty snacks, good beer, nice wine, and a selection of spirits. Pietr on the door was helpful as was Monika the excellent long serving Concierge. I had been a few years since our last visit and returning still felt like coming home.

Our stay has been great. Hotel moved us to a different room at our request without any fuss. Our daughter was left a fun treat in our room. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. But what made our stay 5* was the attention Robert gives to the club lounge, we felt in very good hands. ~Bradley family

After more than a dozen visits to this city in the past 11 years, another amazing visit to Krakow and the Sheraton Grand Krakow! The Sheraton has the best views in Krakow, river and castle views. Beautiful short walks to the castle, the market square, and many Krakow attractions. Location+++++ In my opinion, Sheraton Grand Krakow, has the best hotel staff in Europe, STILL! Great breakfast. Great concierge, ( thank you Monica for all your help). Greeting Hotel Captains, who help with bags. Front desk staff who greet everyone kindly, ( including tired and grumpy guests). Housekeeping helps with special needs and requests. All are the best . Hoping to return soon.🤞🏻 Tip: If your budget allows, upgrade to Club level. It is worth it. Robert creates the best Club environment, attention to details, food , and beverages of any Sheraton in Europe. Stay as long as your schedule will allow.

My stay was perfect. I was upgraded to a suite, bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was off the charts in terms of selection and quantity to choose from. The espresso bar makes the best cappuccino ever thanks to Movechina(sp?) and Julia. The rest of staff at breakfast and dinner was top line also. The front end staff was very professional and helpful with my requests. I would stay here again when in Krakow!

Hotel and staff, fabulous, food was also very good, The room itself was great, the only problem, was the outlook, it faced a bit of a building site, but we didn't let it spoil our lovely break in Krakow, the pool and spa was very relaxing..beautiful city to visit.
