Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Great location and clean. All staff very welcoming and always smiling, willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were pleased and comfortable. Great atmosphere and food. Breakfast set up was excellent and lots of variety. Keep it up and will return back next year

A luxurious hotel in KL close to most attractions including Petronas Towers, KLCC and Suria shopping centre. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful with questions. Our room was on the Horizons Club Lounge floor and was very comfortable with all the amenities one could want. As we had upgraded to the Club Lounge we made use of that area for canapés and drinks in the afternoon, as well as high tea and breakfast - well worth it! We also used the main breakfast area on two occasions - slightly more range of food. We would stay again.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The environment is so relaxing. The staff are the friendliest, the services are the best. Thank you so much to Mr Zakwan at the Reception Counter, the personnel from the Concierge team and to the whole team at Horizon Club for an utmost efficient service, kindness and smile that always made my heart warm. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

After coming back to the Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur again, I was truly amazed that the same staff who have looked after us in the past were still here and recognised us immediately. We immediately felt like we were 'home' and were reminded why this is the only place to stay in KL. A special mention to Zie and the wonderful staff in the horizon club, you are the reason we continue to return with no reason to ever look elsewhere for a place to say.
