Simply Heaven
Simply amazing. Fantastic hospitality. Beautiful grounds. Lovely food. Phenomenal energy and vibes of the staff. I’ve stayed at 1,000+ places and this is in my Mount Rushmore of properties. I hope to visit here again as we have made wonderful memories here.

Amazing
The service was unbelievable. Especially Blanco the driver and everyone at the Shula spa. The rooms were amazing. The thermal pools in the room were a great retreat at the end of the day. All the restaurants served great food. The best was the Asian restaurant. At every restaurant they remember your name and your food restrictions.

Wonderfull!
This hotel was truly fantastic! The service was exceptional—very personal and attentive, with the staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the jacuzzi added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay. Overall, the attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. While the restaurants on-site were good, they weren’t the highlight of the stay. I dined at Amor Loco and Ayla, Amor Loco I enjoyed more, though it wasn’t the best restaurant I’ve ever visited either. That said, this is a wonderful property, and I had an excellent time. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Fantastic Time at Nayara garden
Absolutely fantastic place to be. They have everything you could ask for. Great experience and excellent staff. Food was excellent and had many different options. Hotel room was spacious and very nice. Loved the jacuzzi in there as well. Overall fantastic

The best place to stay near Arenal.
This resort was perfection. Friendly staff. Fantastic amenities. Gorgeous villa with plunge pool, hammock and ample outdoor seating overlooking the jungle. There's an ice cream shop, a wine bar, great open-air restaurants with decent kids' menus and nightly musical entertainment at some. The breakfast buffet options were truly epic. Love the hot springs (just a short walk to the sister property). We had a very rainy stay despite December typically being the "dry season" but still had a fantastic time.
