Nayara Springs Relais & Chateau

This hotel is out of this world ! First class villa with a private spring thermal water pool. Amazing decoration and stylish master bedroom. Top notch service from the reception, pool ,and waiters . Everybody goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Lots of wildlife in the facility: monkeys, sloths, frogs, beautiful . The gardens are beautiful and the flowers are blooming like the queens garden. The food is so good from breakfast to dinner. We had special request breakfast with great green salad and extra avocado ! The gf basket is so good that even the non gf gusts enjoyed it . Lunch at the Mediterranean restaurant was delicious. The best dinner was our last night’s fantastic dinner at Mis Amores. Raquel was an amazing server. Do not miss this gastronomical experience. We will come back next year

Simply an amazing experience. Beautiful setting with great wildlife on property. We were able to see several sloths and monkeys daily without leaving the property. Rooms are phenomenal. We did several excursions which were all wonderful. Food was excellent including the daily included breakfast. Service went above and beyond. We spent 4 night there and then went to Guanacaste and wish we had stayed at Nayara the whole time. At the end of our stay in Guanacaste, our flight was cancelled out of Liberia due to flooding and we had to reschedule for a later flight out of San Jose. We were unable to get last minute transportation to San Jose due to flooding, and the hotel in Guanacaste where we were staying was not helpful so we called Nayara. Despite the fact that we were no longer staying there, they made arrangement for our transfer to San Jose sending a driver from Arenal to pick us up and drive us to San Jose. I can't tell you how appreciative we were. Don't hesitate to stay there.

From the service to the Villa to the resort property to the food Nayara Springs exceeded expectations. Truly a luxury vacation. Nelson was our personal host and made sure our visit flowed. He managed our dinner reservations, excursion guide meet ups, laundry service - anything we needed. The beauty of the property cannot be overstated.

I had to create a TripAdvisor account just to write a review for this incredible place. Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon, and over years of dating we have stayed multiple places at a similar price point, and it always seems like the photos are much nicer than the actual resort/experience. This was the opposite; the resort/rooms/restaurants/pools/bars/etc are all absolutely stunning and much nicer than they even look on the photos. All of the food was exceptional and the staff were all incredibly nice and everyone went above and beyond to make this the best vacation we have ever had by a long shot. We did 2 spa treatments, which were exceptional, and did a couple of their recommended excursions, which we loved. Me and my wife have already been discussing when we can come back for our next trip. I wish I could give this place 10/5 stars, although I'm not sure that would do it justice.

Nayara springs is the best resort I have ever been to! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and it was so romantic with the private plunge pool, the views of the volcano were amazing and the hospitality wonderful! We can’t wait to come back for an anniversary trip in the future! ❤️
