Threatening valet worker
Will not recommend the the valet service that we encountered on Saturday Aug 31st , 2024 around 2pm . Very unprofessional and classless 1 male valet. 1 particular male valet individual was threatening and aggressive towards hotel guests. Definitely a hospitality worker that needs to find another line of work

Love this hotel!
Such helpful staff - it's like they actually want you to stay there as opposed to many businesses where employees seem put out by interacting with guests. Also, it's a perfect location in La Jolla - we parked the car (valet is included in overnight stays!) and walked to the cove, breakfast, shopping, gelato! We've been there three times and can't wait to go again!

Great Location
The location is excellent as it is in walking distance to the cove and a number of very good restaurants. It is also a short drive to Torrey Pines and to Downtown San Diego. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay in La Jolla. Will be back.

Exceptional service / location / value
The hotel has a fantastic location with walkability to La Jolla Cove and a variety of great restaurants! Exceptional service from staff who is friendly to guests and all locals. Spacious room layouts. Will gladly stay again for future stays in La Jolla.
