Outstanding hotel, services, customer relations and food. We have held 3 meetings there since 2020. Meeting rooms, food, AV and service personnel are excellent. Rooms are very clean, well designed and the hotel in general is top notch. We will return

Be accomdative
I am a regular customer to Grande colonial and travel every month. I had been given a extreme small room where the bathroom toilet does not have leg room and difficult to use. After repeated appeals to change room, the lady manager was very inflexible and she said thats what you get for govt rate. This is a sad reason. Be flexible and accommodative and provide options when your customers are having genuine issues.

Family vacation
Staff is really nice and helpfull. The location is very good, it is easy to walk around and there are lots of shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, etc around. Beds could be better. Room service hours are limited. They close at 21hr at night. It would be nice if they had fidelity program.

Wonderful stay!
The most charming hotel centrally located in the heart of beautiful La Jolla! The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our group! The hotel grounds were inviting and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was wonderful!

A Great Hotel with a Great Location.
I have been staying at the Grande Colonial for 12 years and it never disappoints. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The bar has a very good selection of drinks also. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Love it there!
