Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hilton La Romana. Besides all the great experiences (awesome beach, good Food, best coffee, remarkable activities) the animation staff, Juan, Grely and Yulieta made pur stay extrodrinary (Levi already misses you).

Just came back from my 6th time. I love this place. The weather is always perfect, the water is always clean and worm. The place is clean. The food is reasonable. Its got significantly worse from the time that it was Dream La Romana. The service, the food and specially interment during the day and night. Its become a very, very boring place! No feelings that you are on tropical vacation like it was before! Also, the servers in the buffet are nor very polite. Sometimes even angry. This never happened before. This place need good managers, and improve quality of interment .

This resort was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff were all very nice. Our concierge Victor Val, was outstanding!! If you want to avoid the crowd, sit poolside in the Enclave. When it comes to service no one is better than Bienvenido.

We visited Hilton La Romana and we had one of the best experience staying at this resort. Each and every individual working there is very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable with their amazing hospitality and the services. The star of the show is Chef Aftab Alam, an indian chef. Being vegetarian it gets little challenging to find the right food out of the country and away from home but Chef Aftab cooked very delicious Indian delicacies and some of the signature dishes. My kids were very happy and satisfied. He made sure to check with us beforehand what exactly we want to have for lunch and dinner and he cooked everything that we requested. The food was freshly made and served hot at our convenience. We had great dinning experience and all the credit goes to Chef Aftab. We can’t wait to visit this place again to make more wonderful memories. Keep up the great work Chef Aftab Alam. You are the best!

On our last day at this fabulous resort. Loved it that much we've rebooked whilst been here for next year. The service has been so much better than we've experienced in other Dominican hotels, a special shout to Bienvenido (Benny) at breakfast service, such a lovely, friendly guy. We booked an hours snorkeling trip with the kiosk on the beach. They literally took us 5 mins out but the fish we saw were incredible. Loved it. Came last year and did Saona so this year we went to Catalina on a half day snorkeling trip. We also took the Tui trip to Santo Domingo which we thoroughly enjoyed. All the staff have been brilliant, the room spotlessly clean and the food in general good. Apart from one evening we have eaten in the Al A Cartes every night, lunch was on the sunbed every day 🤣 the beach grill or the pizza shack. Overall a fantastic holiday.
