Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

The family pool area is amazing, they have a full bar for adults but also they accommodate your baby’s with healthy fruit juices & whole fruits, they have a wood oven pizza at the pool area as well & life guard at the beach. I recommend this place 1000 times for adults and family’s. This is true paradise !

Outstanding resort with outstanding staff at every level. The most relaxing holiday we' ve had in years. Sad to go after 17 days and will certainly be back. Best attention, from the Concierge, bell men/boys, reception, IT Technicians, maid service, gardener, beach maintenance, entertainment to the food and restaurant service. Beautiful hotel, beautifully kept gardens, pools are cleaned every day, beach is combed every day, great food. A paradise of a hotel. All the staff work so hard with such love and energy, warmly greeting everyone. Special mention to: Julietta in the recreation team Hilton La Romana who always told us what entertainment each day was and welcomed us every day with great energy and a big smile. The entertainment team always put on great shows day and night. Mercedes and Bienvenido in the buffet restaurant who gave us a great service and made us feel at home. Kelsin, the bell man who looked after us and our luggage in reception, very friendly and polite. Maria, a massive special thanks to Maria who kept our room impeccable throughout our 17 day stay. Had an amazing time, first week with fanily and 2nd with partner, such a lovely team there, we loved all the team especially Yuliana, Rossy, Maria, Picasso, José, rene and Freddy from the entertainment team and Carlos King could not have been any more helpful. I want to give high praise to the buffet area waiter named Biernenido. Much of the other staff would only pour water and a coffee, but never check back in. In contrast, Biernenido was extremely friendly, He welcomed us to the Dominican, He kept an eye out for sooo many tables around us in the area for things like refills of water, clearing any used plates. He often asked if we had any needs. He was super kind, super helpful, super friendly with a genuine warm smile. A lot of the other staff just seemed so unhappy. Biernenido seemed very happy. If I hadn’t been so busy with my family and grandkids, I would’ve loved to have sat down and talked with him. I think he should be Management Material. Much thanks to Biernenido!

A beautiful resort, very clean, well maintained and gardens kept immaculate. The Staff where amazing with the children, special mention to Gwen in the entertainment team along with Johanna, Greily, Rosainy, Juliela & Jose de Aza. The staff work very hard, especially around the pool area. Food was lovely so much choice our favorite was the French restaurant. Waterpark was a big hit with the kids height limit on big slides was 1.2 but still plenty for little ones to do. Spa was great, kids both had their hair braided by the very talented staff $3 per braid. Favorite cocktail was a Mojito always tasted amazing, kids loved the milkshakes! Beach was lovely and clean and we was lucky to get out and snorkel 🤿 sea was very calm but can change as last 2 days it became a lot more choppy. We will definitely return in the near future, was an amazing experience.
