Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

Pro: nice beach, Mare restaurant- food was edible unlike other eateries, rooms were clean. Con: everything else. Bad service, bad employees' attitude, btw we were VIP but, apparently, it means nothing at all. Bad food throughout, more than once were served spoiled fruit. Manager's reaction was ' oh, ok". Very poor variety of food, it is served always cold, half uncooked. Luggage service non-existent, upon arrival, had to wait 40 min and 4 phone calls to reception; upon leaving, after waiting for 30 min and 5 phone calls to reception for bell boy, we had to carry our own luggage. Reception employees are very rude and unqualified, many do not speak English at all, majority of the staff do not speak English so good luck to place an order at the restaurant. General employees' attitude- " do not bother me", none of our concerns or requests were addressed. Nonexistent entertainment, absolutely nothing to do after dinner. Shows they offer are mediocre at best. Stay away from this resort, spend your money elsewhere. We have been to many resorts like that, this one by far is the worst.

We had a wonderful experience at your resort. Danilos hospitality and service to us was exquisite. He went above and beyond to make our trip very enjoyable. He was always on time smiling, courteous, and friendly. He has a wonderful way of making you feel at home. We cannot wait to come back and I hope he is there.

Amazing place! This is our 2nd year. Danilo is our butler last year and we requested him this year again. Definitely want to have him again next time we visit ☺️ Food was great! Sunset is a must to see! You wont regret it ☺️ Everyone served us very well!

Danilo the butler made an amazing experience. We came back to the property two years in a row now because of his amazing service. Thank you Danilo!! We loved the beach experience, pools, water park and food and beverage options. The best part of the stay though was the amazing service.

This was our second time vacationing here and the service and location are amazing. We loved the outdoor yoga/exercise classes and crafting classes for kids and adults as well as the quality of the food and drinks and restaurant options. Special thanks to Danilo who helped us with every question and amenity and even helped facilitate the return of a lost item.
