The Ranch is Phenomenal
Strong Value for the property, restaurant and general atmosphere. Serene with beach next door. The service and experience never disappoints. Would stay anytime travel takes us along PCH from LA to San Diego. Beaches, shopping, mountains, golf, you name it.

They'll ask, but they really don't care...
Booked a 2 bd cottage for a Thanksgiving trip with family. Overall, property was nice/room was well-appointed. Prior to arrival, received an email from GM asking how they can prepare for our visit/any special requests and I'd asked for the sofa bed to be made up. Sofa bed was not made up and I had to call the front dest 2x to get resolved. Riddle me this: why ask me what I might need when you're going to completely ignore my request? This just tells me they don't care about me or my 'guest experience'. When paying $1500 a night for a stay I expect better service....this is a 'one and done' for me - I won't be back.

Wonderful venue fueled by incredible hospitality, first class amenities and a gorgeous location!
We spent four nights at the Ranch in November 2024 as our first time and are already looking toward our next visit! The Ranch offers a unique setting, first class staff and service, and a wonderful farm to table dining experience. The amenities and hospitality made this an unforgettable trip! We would not stay anywhere else in Laguna!

We attended The Ranch for my daughter’s wedding. It couldn’t have been more spectacular! They were so attentive. The location is just overwhelming and the food and the staff I couldn’t say enough about! An 11 out of 10! Contact them for a tour and several options available for the perfect day!

magical weekend
this resort is a hidden gem. the friendly staff, excellent service and hotel facilities are wonderful. being in the canyon made me feel like I was in a cocoon. we loved our stay at the ranch. the hotel location is excellent and will definitely come again.
