Great hotel to stay at. It was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room I stayed in was very well designed and comfortably fit 2 adults, a teenager, and a 10 year old. One great feature is several self serve beach towel machines all over the resort. They are always well stocked and easy to find. I wish all beach hotels would do this!

Great resort in a perfect location right on the beach. Amazing staff. You also have access to the Hyatt vacation club pools next door for more variety. Great value when booking with Hyatt points as well!! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Maui.

This was a wonderful resort!! While they did have construction while we were there, it was still one of the best places I have ever stayed! The bummer was not seeing the penguins, but the service was absolutely wonderful! We had an Oceanview room and it was worth every penny! The hotel was beautiful and relaxing! The pool was warm and the towel caddy was brilliant!

The quality of the resort facilities, food and beverages, plus activities were all very impressive. However, most impressive and appreciative was the universal top tier customer service. We had three rooms for nine people—our three adult children, two daughter-in-laws and two granddaughters. Moreover, the quality of your staff facilities and menu items supported the creation of many wonderful memories. The staff that I would like to mention include June who provided a warm, welcoming greeting at check-in providing lots of clear information regarding the resort and our Paradise package options/benefits. Shilah was very helpful during our room checkout and quickly approved a stress-free credit when I noticed that a breakfast charge had been mistakenly posted to one of our room invoices. And most impressively and appreciatively was the quality of our housekeeper, Marilou, who accommodated our schedules, provided quality cleaning of our room and quickly accommodated our special requests for items like additional towels and bathroom amenities. All providing the Aloha spirit!

I’ve never written a negative TripAdvisor review before but felt compelled to warn people to not stay in this hotel. Honestly the staff were like I’ve never experienced, rude, unhelpful, and I hate to say it but generally just not nice people. The location is average, facilities dated and poor and everything is so incredibly over priced it is beyond belief. We spent thousands and flew for over 24 hours to get here and are so so disappointed. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
