Kaanapali Alii

I was so happy to experience a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with an eat-in kitchen and nice sized porch. It's not easy to find a property like this with a kitchen, nice amenities with beachfront access. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great family destination! Nice enough pool area and the spas were all clean and hot. Tennis courts have a weird astro-turf covering on them but still fun to use. Also loved the free parking for our stay. Made things so relaxing and easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Maui and staying at the Alii since 1983. They consistently get everything right -- both big and small. Big items, like the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the beauty of the gardens, the top-notch workout facility, the many pools, and the plentiful lounge chairs give the Alii everything necessary for a pleasant, relaxing, and rejuvenating stay. But the little items (mostly interactions with the staff) are what put the Alii over the top. The selection of spices and the top-notch grilling tools in the already well-equipped kitchen, a warm hello from the gardener, helpful tips from the grill-master, a greeting from the pool concierge that makes it seem like we've been friends forever, a smiling "good morning" when passing a housekeeper in the halls, a jovial interaction with the person staffing the front desk when I left my room without my key. All of these brief, seemingly-inconsequential interactions collectively make a stay at the Alii exceptional.

Amazing accommodations in a perfect location! Everything was wonderful. Great to have a full kitchen pools and beaches all at our fingertips. Cannot recommend enough. We had a wonderful stay here. Had everything we needed and for small requests the staff answered promptly and met all our needs

My father and I stayed, we both felt the location was great, (make sure to walk both directions on the boardwalk!). The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the sunsets were out of this world. There were a lot of families, so it's not somewhere I'd stay for a romantic couples retreat, but if you're traveling with friends/family, its perfect!

We came and stayed in unit 142 which was so nice. It was well appointed had some beautiful decorations and was just the right size for us. The resort is great with lots of pools and beach access about a 2 minute walk from door to ocean. There is a great shopping area right near by as well. The room had all the amenities we could need and was extremely comfortable. I am eager to come back and stay in the same unit.
