Another wonderful stay at the Post Hotel

One of my favourite hotels in the world. The service is impeccable, food superb & location unsurpassed. The rooms/cabins are beautifully appointed & very comfortable & the spa is excellent - I had one of the best massages that I've ever had.

Stay at The Post!!

Perhaps my all time favorite hotel. We love staying here. Everything about it is great. We come and stay to ski at Lake Louise. The Post provides transportation to and from the mountain which is awesome. Rooms are very tasteful and super clean. Some even have wood burning fireplaces. The food, service, and character of the building are all top notch.

Top notch experience!

The hospitality of this hotel was wonderful. The team seem genuinely happy to see you. The food is wonderful and the nice perks such as the apples, the afternoon tea and the cookies and water at night make it a place to remember and want to come back to.

Romantic Lake Louise trip.

Mu husband and I spent 4 amazing nights at the Post hotel in Lake Louise. It was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return. Here's what we loved: 1) amazing service! 2) the wood burning fireplace in our room! We loved having an evening fire with a glass of wine 3) fabulous dining. My favourite was the Fondue Restaurant (The Stubli) 4) Excellent spa and pool/hot tub 5) The ski shuttle was excellent. We never had to wait and we loved being greeted with a complimentary tea/coffee service in the lobby at the end of each ski day. The room does not come with a fridge, so I requested a small bar fridge so I could keep some food items cool during our stay. That was very appreciated. We were sad to leave, but we'll be back. Tip: Pick a room NOT facing the parking lot if you want an amazing view of the mountains. We had room 305. We had beautiful sunrises every day. We did not hear any train noise.

Fantastic in every way!

We travel extensively and like to stay in very nice places when we take our cherished family vacays. This place was no exception. No, it is not outdated. It feels and looks exactly the way it’s supposed to - an upscale lodge in a gorgeous setting. The furnishings are not new or pristine. They are also not old and falling apart. Everything is well maintained and looks well lived and taken care of. We stayed at a king loft with two twin beds and bathroom upstairs. Perfect for our family of 4. Sitting area with fireplace and small balcony. We heard the trains a few times but this did not bother us. The winter landscape was breathtaking! The service was top notch and impeccable. Maybe breakfast could have used more staff but this was not a huge problem. The food and drinks were stellar. We ate at the dining room, bar, and their pub. All with great service and even better food. There are great trails right outside the hotel that run along the river - frozen this time of year and absolutely gorgeous. Family went skiing and the shuttle service was great. They also took us to Lake Louise - a quick ride. Went to lunch at the Fairmont and was infinitely glad to be going back to the charm and relaxed atmosphere of the Post. Will most definitely go back…
