Experience a masterpiece of modern architecture on the cliff of the Buergenberg within a fully integrated resort, located 1.800 ft high above Lake Lucerne and yet only 30 min away from the city center of Lucerne. This 140 acre resort including the hotel has been a legend since 1873, due to it fine pioneering heritage (Switzerland's first electric railway, Europe's highest outdoor Elevator) and first and foremost, the link to glamour and celebrity: It was here that, Audrey Hepburn was married, Charlie Chaplin regularly stayed, Sophia Loren and Carlo Ponti made their home and many more celebrities, politicians, etc. returned year on year.

Wow, wow, wow!!! From the moment we arrived at the Burgenstock hotel we knew we had made the right decision. We was greeted by their attentive staff with a seamlessly smooth check in process. A glass of Prosecco and their own Burgentock blended tea (FYI it was amazing!!). The grounds are very well kept, the views are just out of this world. The spa is insane. We booked the spa package that also included couples massage in our own private suite with jacuzzi, sauna and steam. It really was truly a special experience that we will not forget. We then had a booking in the SPICE restaurant. Our waiter was amazing explained every dish and the culture and experience the chefs provide. The food was 10/10 and cocktail were also very good. Our room was in the heritage side of the hotel and was so fresh with a balcony over looking the beautiful view of the Lake. There is a pillow menu which was also a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and they have a menu that would suit anyone. From start to finish Our trip was perfect and we would 100% book again. Ps they sell their own honey in the shop I would recommend if you can buy it to do so as it is lovely. 🩵 🧚♀️

This resort is a whole mood! You step in and it just hits different—like, you won’t want to leave! The whole experience is next-level, from check-in to check-out. The vibe? Absolute aesthetics. The location? Total goals. The service? Straight-up amazing. And don’t get me started on the food and spa! Everything you could want is in one place, and it’s all top-notch. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever crashed at, and I’m sure anyone who stays here will have a lit time. They’ve got a bunch of restaurants—Chinese, Iranian, you name it. Breakfast was bomb and super diverse. The gym has all the gear you could want, plus a killer view. And the spa? Cold plunge and jacuzzi for the win! They even have rides around the resort and to nearby spots. Plus, they use Bvlgari products, so you know it’s fancy. And there’s a huge tennis court for all skill levels. Like, you don’t even need to leave because everything’s right there, plus they offer a free ferry to Lucerne every day. Total score!

I was with my daughter from 12.2. - 14.2. in Bürgenstock for relaxing and Spa It was really Wonderful. I would go again and it was not my first time. Room and Service and Spa was again very good. I would recommend it anytime, any season. There is always something to discover.

I had a a blast in this property, the spa was impressive beautiful and the attention of the staff in special Marlon at the pool area, Paola at the spa reception, Michael and Nathan at the spicy restaurant and Iban at the lobby, they all made my stay even nicer.

Very nice place, but also very expensive. The food and drinks are too expensive! It makes sense to book the restaurants in advance, we didn't get a seat over Valentine's Day. Also at the pool there were no “reserved/secured” places for hotel guests, too many people and external guests in addition.
