Great hotel, location and staff
The staff was the most curtious I've experienced in a while. The location is great and the overall atmosphere is grand. Arrived at a great time because it was just when the snow was starting and the place was beautiful. We have some food allergies and the staff was very accommodating

Truly a magnificent hotel. We have stayed all around the world but the attention to detail and care from the staff to make sure your experience was special was truly amazing. I think this hotel could rival as one of the best in the world. Thank you for making my birthday magical.

Beautiful hotel above the clouds
We stayed in a weekend where the weather conditions were not perfect and missed out on lakeview, yet the hotel and facilities are outstanding so well worth. We were also able to take advantage of the free shuttle to Luzern and back. Extremely pleasant journey as well. SPA not to be missed!

Burgenstock Resort Visit
Everything was great from arrival to enjoying food and facilities until departure with great and friendly staff.. spa experience was fantastic. Walking through breath taking tree was refreshing, it is a very safe and peaceful place for families to visit .. the Funicular and boat trip to Lucern was something else

A Night in the Heavens
This hotel is great. Amazing service and spa. The food is so-so, not bad but it won't blow you away, so if you are spending more than a night or so, plan to head into Lucerne to get some good food, but everything else about the property is heavenly. The spa facilities are not to be missed so make sure you book a room with spa access.
