Upon arriving the room was very “stuffy”. We requested a lake view room but even though you could see the lake we had to roof tops in our way. We were disappointed! We noticed black mold around the sink in the bathroom and called front desk asking if we could check out a day earlier. Front desk said no but could move us to another room. We packed our belongings and moved to a room on the 5th floor (7 pm)..this room did not have heat and even though the thermostat was on 75 degrees it was blowing cold air. The bathroom sink was clogged as well. We did not address these issues since we were checking out the next day. Our stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable…when we brought the issue about tye heat to front desk staff the next morning he said he’d get a work order submitted and it was pretty common this time of year. I would have rather them let us check out a day earlier when we saw the black mold then to accommodate us by moving us to a room without heat I will never stay at this hotel again when I return to the village this Spring.

Was everything we needed, rooms were spacious beds were like a cloud, that pool dining was outstanding but what made it the best was the staff. To be so close to the town for shopping was just what the doctor ordered. Even the extra. Touches they did to make our dog comfortable just amazing

Very nice location and nice hotel overall, with subpar front desk service considering the price. Upon arrival and seeing the room ( which overlooked the rooftops of the building and very little view of the lake), We wanted to change the room for better view and they charged for that minor upgrade on the same floor for a slightly worse room due to availability, and without letting us see the room before we commit to the change- something I had never encountered in over 20 years of intensive world travel. So front desk service was uptight and subpar but the hotel and room overall are good.

Stayed in the Lake view lodge on the water. Nice room but no elevator. Must descend flight of stairs with luggage to rooms below the parking lot. Nice pool area and you can relax in chairs watching boats on Mirror Lake. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Can get complimentary coffee and cookies at main lobby of hotel across the street.

This seems to be one of the best resorts in the area. We stayed at the main lodge which seemed to be the nicest of the three locations that are part of the resort. Family of four including two adult boys. The weather was not great but we had a nice time. Spent much of our time golfing. The accommodations have the feel of a ski lodge. It was nice to have free use of pedal boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Plenty of pedal boats available but harder to get kayaks and paddle boards. They were not available when we tried to get them. My husband used the one person kayak. The resort was clean and people very friendly. I would highly recommend. The lakefront looked nice for younger families who want to be right on the water with the pool over looking the lake. The Lakehouse itself (I think that’s the name) that had the indoor pool looked to be the least desirable. The pool table in the rec room had sticks with no tips and duplicate pool balls (eg 3-13’s, 2-14’s etc.) but had an even number of solids and stripes. The indoor pool and hot tub seemed fine but not very inviting. Small little downtown with shops and restaurants. Very nice to visit for a long weekend (we stayed Saturday through Wednesday). There was coffee and tea served in lobby each morning and warm cookies in the afternoon with lemonade which was a very nice touch.
