Banyan Tree Lang Co

I wont hesitate to say that this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. From the wonderful location on a private and secluded beach, to the amazing beach pool villa, to the incredible staff. Particularly want to call out Bich, our main villa host and Win, one of the managers plus the guys who served us in the bar - but all the staff were fantastic. We did have a problem with our tour to Hue which we had booked through the hotel but the hotel dealt with it very professionally and to our complete satisfaction...and that's all you can ask for because things can go wrong but it's how they are rectified that makes a hotel truly 5 star plus! If I had a tip for this hotel it would be, if you are a couple, to stay in one of the beach pool villas - we liked the fact we could walk around the resort and didn't need to ask for a golf buggy very often. I'm sure the view from the Hill top villas is great but you'd need a buggy every time to get to and from your villa. Overall we would go back in a shot so if you're thinking of booking here go for it as you'll have the most incredible holiday.

The count of 5* Excellent reviews tells you that this is a pretty special place, so another one probably isn't necessary. But I'm happy to make the little effort to recognise and applaud the staff who helped make our holiday so good, simply because the efforts of all the staff was amazing - from buggy drivers, chefs, housekeeping and especially our resort hosts (Bich, Man, Mi). Some very lovely, unexpected extra little touches were offered to help us enjoy our time there - little touches that make all the difference! The resort is immaculate and villas beautiful as you'd expect from a Banyan Tree (we've stayed at 5 others and this was the best). A great variety of dining venues - the Angsana next door was also very good. Golf course was also really impressive. Highly recommend you visit this beautiful part of the world (and take the tours to the cities/attractions 1-2 hours away). Our thanks to all the team at BT Lang Co - we'll be back soon!

I had an unforgettable stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co, thanks to Ngoc and the amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they made sure my family and I felt truly welcomed and cared for. Ngoc went above and beyond, preparing cookies for my two daughters and even surprising me with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. I truly appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable getaway!

Experience at Banyan Tree Lang Co: Immersed in Nature and Exceptional Service Upon my first visit to Banyan Tree Lang Co, I was immediately struck by the pristine beauty and the perfect blend of nature and the luxurious design of the resort. Nestled at the foot of the Bach Ma mountain range, the hotel is surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other, creating a peaceful, serene atmosphere far from the hustle and bustle of the city. While staying here, I felt completely immersed in the breathtaking natural surroundings – with majestic mountains, smooth white sand, and soothing ocean waves. The fresh air and tranquility of this place truly allowed me to relax and find peace of mind. A major highlight is that all the villas come with private pools, offering a wonderful sense of privacy for guests. Every afternoon, I was treated to afternoon tea right in my villa, or if I preferred a change of scenery, I could head to the Library to enjoy tea while taking in the stunning surroundings. What stood out even more was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at Banyan Tree. From the smallest thoughtful gestures, they made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my entire stay. The service here truly impressed me, especially with a variety of tours available, such as trips to Bach Ma Mountain, Hoi An, Da Nang, and Hue, making it easy for guests to explore this beautiful region. Banyan Tree Lang Co also shines with its three remarkable restaurants. Water Court serves traditional Vietnamese dishes from all three regions, making it an ideal spot for breakfast and authentic meals. Saffron specializes in delicious Thai cuisine in a cozy, elegant setting. Finally, Azura offers fine European dishes, all accompanied by stunning ocean views. Overall, my stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co was an unforgettable experience. From the majestic natural landscape to the impeccable service, everything came together to create the perfect environment for relaxation, exploration, and enjoying exceptional cuisine.

The service was the best I have experienced among the 3 Banyan Tree resorts I have stayed at. Each villa has an assigned person they can call or text for their needs. We had Ngoc who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She spoke good English, arranged for everything we did, booked transport and restaurant for us in town, checked in on us at breakfast every morning, and prepared a beautifully-framed photograph which she took for us. Our beach-front villa was beautiful and spacious. I note only 2 shortcomings: the pool is disappointingly small and shallow for a Banyan Tree, and privacy is undermined by the fact that the hedges between villas are so sparse that everyone can look into their neighbouring villas. The beach is forgettable as it's more soil than sand. Breakfast was excellent. So was the food at Saffron Kitchen. With the 50% off for Accor members, the price was reasonable, though drinks were expensive. The spa treatment is good if you don't mind the exorbitant prices.
