The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

He stayed at Ritz Carlton for 6 nights in January & had the most amazing stay. The room was so comfortable & regular visits from monkeys on the balcony. We saw flying lemur, flying squirrels & horn bill birds in the trees surrounding our room. We felt so at home at the resort & the staff made so much effort to make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone greeted you with a warm smile. The pool area is so tranquil with lovely views. Food & drink in the restaurants were of a high standard. Pedro, Amir & Astrid looked after us so well & we looked forward to chatting with them each day around the pool & at the Horizon Bar. Concierge staff were the friendliest people & made so much effort to help you. We have travelled a lot & it was definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

Wow beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Beautiful room and hotel grounds. Service is excellent and staff so friendly. Restaurants are excellent as well. Must do is a drink at the Horizon bar watching the sunset. Tennis court and fitness also well equipped.

We had what could only be described as the dreamiest honeymoon experience that thoroughly exceeded our expectations in every way. We chose the Ritz Carlton because we knew from experience that their service & hospitality is second to none. We want to especially thank the breakfast staff; Jennie, Olivia & Nadia for outstanding care & touching letter! And the breakfast offered is **outstanding**! Eric, the bartender of Horizon, for his delicious cocktails and a wonderful cocktail making class, as well as, Ling, Astrid, Pedro and Canady for their brilliant service, every single time. It made us return to the Horizon time and time again during our stay. The premium buggy service was such a luxury; a big thanks to Daniel & Abdul for always taking care of us. Finally, to Ashok for the best housekeeping and turndown service we have ever experienced! All the little touches and details that went into our honeymoon made the holiday what it was. Finally, thank you to the reservation and lobby staff, we made a request for a room that wasn't guaranteed but ended up coming through and made our stay extra private and special. We will undoubtedly recommend the Ritz Carlton, Langkawi to absolutely everyone who will listen to us! With care, Bianca & Michael.

Amazing experience, beautiful resort with great facilities. Kids club was spotless and had a great range of activities with very attentive hosts (thank you Ju and Zu!). Great gym, spa and huge villas. The highlight was the staff, best service of any luxury hotel worldwide I have stayed at. Very thoughtful, attentive and responsive. We will definitely return. Congratulations to the management of this hotel who run such a brilliant team, and excellent location.

Absolute luxury and wonderful service. From the minute we were greeted at the airport to the day we left the hotel it was an amazing experience. All of the staff were so helpful and caring. From the boys who cleaned our room daily to the staff in the restaurants to any area of the resort. Impeccable!
