Excellent service from booking to experiencing the couples relaxing. A beautiful spa with highly trained therapists. The client definitely the most important person. Our therapists Alessandra and Esperanza made us feel very relaxed and gave great massages.

The activities with Magda were really fun, archery, riffle shooting and cocktail making were the best. We had a real laugh. Hotel was lovely, staff and food excellent, pool was 28c, which was great to cool in. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍

Lovely hotel, fabulous views, great staff. We are coming to the end of our second stay at this hotel and we have once again found it relaxing, delightful with wonderful sea views, fabulous food and great evening entertainment. Perched on the edge of pretty Peurto Calero, Secrets is positioned well for relaxation. Some staff deserve a mention for being excellent with amazing attention to detail, in particular the lovely Macarena who is delightful together with Jorge(Tio) in the restaurants and Stephanie in the coffee bar. They were exceptional although many of the other staff were also fabulous. The room was great and the pool area is lovely. We will definitely be back.

Room was lovely, big bed and spotless. Room had mini bar and Nespresso machine but only provided with two milk cartons per day so one tea or coffee per day and that’s your lot! However, as soon as we checked everything out, we found a no smoking card on desk to say can’t smoke on balcony. We immediately went to reception and asked to change rooms so we could smoke on balcony and were told all rooms are non smoking on all balcony’s and were shown areas we could stand and smoke. Why is this not advertised as we would never have booked! Hot food in main restaurant was always cold or warm, never hot. Thankfully we could eat at all A la cartes as opposed to just one visit per week like other hotels. This was a plus yet a lot of guests leave site and eat at local Marina 10 mins away! Just one hour of entertainment in the evening in the reception area and very hard to get drinks, not enough staff to all the audience ratio. We paid alot to stay for 1 week but have had a better experience at other 5 stars. Would not return.

Spent 7 nights at Secrets with bed and breakfast. Our welcome was very friendly in fact smiles throughout our stay from all staff. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of Hot and cold dishes. We only ate once at the Grill restaurant by the pool and this took was lovely. Others guests we spoke to about the All inclusive package rated the other restaurants very highly. We like to explore and eat out so it was great that the beautiful marina of Puerto Calero is a 10 minute costal walk from rear of hotel. There are 20 or so lovely restaurants there and a small well priced (for wine) supermarket. There is also an excursion office there, we booked the grand island tour and Catalanza catamaran trips. Both were fantastic. The walk back at night time is very safe. The hotel is also situated a 40 minute walk from Puerto Carmen. This was a lovely costal walk taking in the volcanic landscape. We then took the water taxi (€11 single) back. The rooms are beautiful, we had a ground floor pool view. It was cleaned to a high standard everyday. The highlight of the hotel for us was the Spa. We took advantage of the unlimited uses special offer of €70 per stay. We also had two (paid separately) massages. Both were incredible. All the staff in the Spa were lovely, they effortlessly never stop smiling. I cannot recall all names but Alexandra and Daniel gave us wonderful massages. The pools are lovely, Ine for standard guests was heated. No issues with getting a sun lounger. Cannot comment on evening entertainment as was usually out or to bed early. We will certainly be returning. Thank you to all staff
