Caesars Palace

The room was nice. I was on my Seven Stars Retreat. The assigned Casino Host was rarely available and very slow to answer my texts. I was supposed to have a limo available for a trip to Old Vegas but I could not get ahold of my host in time to use it. It took two days just to get my free play loaded to my card. I voiced my concerns to the host and thats the last time I heard from her.

We were at Caesars 4 nights our room was serviced once, I had to call for clean towels. I have traveled extensively and hotels always provide coffee in your room, at Caesars you had to purchase the pods to make your coffee. For the price you pay for the room I would think coffee and bottled water would be complimentary. I also do not understand why they don’t have personal use refrigerator in the rooms, they are available to rent. Caesars doesn’t allow uber or lyft to pick you up at the front door. You have to walk to a back parking garage, this was a sketchy area; I didn’t feel safe.

Came to Caesar’s for business. There were tons of people attempting to check in. Seifer not only waved me over from a slower line, but was able to change my room closer to where I needed to be in the conference center. All while upgrading me because he’s just a nice person! If you’re checking in here, look for him, great way to start the trip!

By far one of the best stays … on the strip! Jason R was the associate that helped us checked in…He made our stay more enjoyable. We had a flight cancelled on us and had to book a rental to drive to Vegas. What was supposed to be a 45mins flight…turned into a 5 1/2 hrs drive … making us missed some of our friends bday celebrations….As we were telling him our crazy turn of events.. He actually was really listening….And surprised us with a room upgrade!!! Totally made our day !…We really appreciate the effort he put into making our day a better one … By far a great representation of the quality of service in this establishment. Thank you Jason !

The bed and room was really awesome! Very clean and truly comfortable experience with a Beautiful view in level 61 in Octavius Tower! The kindly and professional attention of Myles and Tonia was more than GREAT! They help us with all of our questions and guide us in the registration process and we appreciate that. Thanks! We hope to come back soon!
