Reviews for Caesars Palace

The Best Resort on the las Vegas Strip

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

From the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere, Ceasars Palace is the best resort on the strip. Feel the excitement of Las Vegas like no other resort can match. The resort staff is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to met. They are professional, curious and make you feel welcome and part of the Caesars family.

Very disappointed.

It’s a tired understaffed, The Hotel has lost its allure and excitement. The hotel and casino allow smoking in public area so it’s not so inviting . If there was No Smoking in the casinos it would make a world of difference. The Buffet is an expensive tourist trap. For $87 plus tax per person it’s too expensive, especially since the food was not as exceptional, considering the price. It’s a congested area which doesn’t allow for the food layout. And the area needs to be doubled at least!

Great service!

Seifer did an amazing job checking us in and getting us into a wonderful room! He was very friendly and helpful! We were with a large group and we just wanted to get into a room and change so we could go to the pool and he recognized our situation and jumped right in to help us. Thank you so much for your help!

Great Hospitality

Great experience. Seifer checked me in at front desk and made me feel like a high roller even though I am not. His welcoming attitude set the tone for a great stay. Room was clean and well appointed and great size. Wifi worked well and elevators were efficient.

A lot of logistical problems. Nice hotel.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 21 hours ago

Our room was nice (we upgraded), and the hotel itself was nice too. We had a good time, but there were a few problems that got old. We thought our jacuzzi had an issue so the staff put in an order for an engineer to come to our room in the evening. We needed to be in the room, so I asked if they could come the next morning instead. I was assured that was fine. The engineer came that night anyway. I then asked very explicitly to have the morning appointment canceled, which again, I was assured would be done. A different engineer showed up in the morning. We weren't dressed or prepared for either visit. I was told I would be credited $50 for the inconvenience. I was not. I was also passed around from security to the front desk when I had an important item go missing. Security either hung up or disconnected twice. I was also told I would receive my bill via email, which I did not, so I had to follow up to request it again and then return to billing to request the $50 credit. It was a lot of run-around for a vacation! I do not need more chores.
