Had a beautiful room in the Palace Tower with a beautiful jetting tub and sitting area. All the staff were welcoming, especially Pablo at check in. We loved Dominique Ansel. Getting the salmon baguette! Must have! One of the best things I have ever eaten. Also Gordon Ramsey's fish and chips is a must have!

This hotel and everything in it is sooo expensive. The mini fridge they provide evidently had a note on it saying you can't use for personal items. The room was dark and we weren't in it for most of the daytime and we didn't use any items in the fridge but did put a leftover in there. Upon check out we saw they charged us for all these mini fridge items and told them we didn't take anything so they gave us credit for all of them BUT refused to give us a credit of $85 YEP $85 for putting our leftover in there!!!! UNBELEIVBLE.........told us there were several signs stating this and I told her no there wasn't except we did see the scan que for the fridge but we didn't see it said no personal use. I guess this is how they make extra money. I also left 2 brand new shirts hanging in the closet and geeze guess what???? They can't find them!!!! I'm sure the housekeeper looks wonderful in them!!! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again which also got $5000 of my gambling money!!!

Over priced and under served. Aesthetically interesting with all the replicas of Italian statuary, but if you’ve seen the real thing not as impressive. We went several times to the circular bar and the service there was less than hospitable, we’ve been to far busier bars but were never made to feel like we were an imposition. BTW don’t expect complimentary drinks while you feed the game machines at the bar that is obviously a thing of the past. Husband was there on business so l decided to spend time at the spa. Enjoyed a facial and a massage on two different days. The women’s spa area is drab and unimpressive, much attention needs to be given to adding some mosaics in the Roman baths and hot tub areas. The warm chaises were a very nice touch. l can’t speak for the sauna, steam room or ice room as l didn’t visit due to a medical condition. The facility was clean and the attendants cheerful and courteous. The ‘tea room’ is a misnomer as it’s really a brightly lit (dim those lights to create a more soothing atmosphere) ‘waiting’ room for your scheduled service. Day one l went several hours early to enjoy the baths, day two intended to spend the day before my massage but upon arrival was told l couldn’t access the spa more than three hours before my scheduled appointment (l was an hour earlier than the allowed time) this was news to me…maybe l missed that in the info l read or maybe it isn’t mentioned??? Either way considering l spent over 600$ in services one would think one would have full use of the spa for the day. We enjoyed our meals, Americana Cafe and Amalfi. The forum shops area is a fun place to visit and cafe Lola a great place to stop for a treat. Considering the several BILLION dollar profit they reap every year they have the revenue for improvements.

The check in service was courteous and provided information I needed to have a comfortable time. Two items prevented me from giving the best review: housekeeping did not empty my waste baskets for the 3 nights I spent at the hotel. Secondly there was no hand or liquid soap to wash my hands with. We know Covid is still with us and washing our hands is a must. Location is excellent.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great food and entertainment selection. Impressed that the hotel side is as quiet as it is. Place is huge. Kiana did my check in. She was pleasant, informative and very professional. She represented your company well.
