Reviews for Caesars Palace

Great customer service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 hours ago

This is a great hotel and overall we had a really great experience. A 4 star review given only because we had a couple of issues, one with a broken toilet and one with no hot water one morning. However the attention of the staff and the resolution of these issues was very good. When we arrived we had a great check in experience with Tonia at the front desk. She was very kind offering us bottled water and was efficient and quick with our check in. She offered us an upgrade to the Augustus tower and a huge corner room which was amazing. We thanked her and said it was a special birthday we were celebrating. The toilet issue was reported on our first night and within a few hours was fixed. When we reported the no hot water it was a known fault and quickly resolved. The front desk reassured us it being resolved but apologised and added $100 to our folio which was a kind gesture. On our last day we enquired about a late check out. The lady on the desk said she could see from our account we were celebrating a special occasion so we could have a complimentary late check out for 4pm, such a kind gesture. Again Tonia was on the front desk, recognised us and processed the late check out and updated room keys for us. Thank you Tonia for making our stay extra special.

Accommodation were minimal. Sewage backed up into bath tub twice with horrible smell and no one addressed. Conference rooms were sub par at best with no bottles of water provided. Not worth the money or the time. Areas and locations are minimally marked and everything reeks of marijuana

A beautiful hotel, but could be better

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and a fantastic looking hotel on the strip. We stayed in a Julius executive suite. The room itself is nice and clean but the carpet is completely knackered and the table is scratched to hell also. There’s no complimentary water in the room either so it kind of forces you that if you are desperate, you’d have to pay the extortionate price for water in the mini bar. The resort fees are ridiculous considering that the main pool is shut all weekend and the only pool that is open is the one with the bar where everyone is getting drunk or one which is freezing cold. On the Friday the Main pool was shut at 5 o’clock, which seemed absolutely ridiculous considering we’re paying 60 odd dollars a day to use the pool. So we paid about $260 in resort fees the whole trip and we used the pool once mainly because it was freezing cold and the main pool which we wanted to go in was shut. We were their from Thursday to Tuesday. I personally really liked Caesars Palace, but the fact the pool wasn’t open upset my wife a great deal and means we probably won’t ever stay there again because my wife loves to swim.

Great check in experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Seifer was very helpful in getting us checked in early for wrestlemania. Informed us of things to do in vegas during our stay. Would recommend him to help anyone else check in and be a guide on their stay in vegas. Was very informative on parking and ride share areas. Definitely gave the Ceaser Palace experience worth it.

Excellent day Peter and Andrea are fabulous managers. I love Caesars.!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I am absolutely thrilled with Caesar’s Palace. I had a few things come up that needed attention from the hotel managers and I must say, Andrea and Peter are exceptional.! Both of them had the attitude of what can I do to make your stay better rather than try to make excuses. I find their professionalism rare these days,.They went out of their way to help me and make sure I had a fabulous stay, which I did. I will definitely be staying here again this year.. I highly recommend this Hotel. I really can’t say enough about all the staff and the room I had in the Colosseum tower was gorgeous. I personally didn’t care for the Octavias tower.
