We really liked the W. Our Marriott rewards were helpful there. Service was actually good when we needed something. The rooms were big, pretty, and beds super comfortable. I'd stay here again! Also the coffee shop was prompt and easy, right by the elevators which is great when you walk a lot for everything else all day!

We were in staying in a corner suite for three nights in Feb 2025 and had several experiences that were not representative for a 5-star hotel. - the vip desk wouldn’t make a room reservation for us - we had to argue to receive a second (!) bath robe. We were obviously supposed to share one ! - we had to argue to receive a vanity kit - my wife got chased away from a space where she was trying to enjoy her morning coffee - prepaid parking never worked (not while entering nor while exiting - we had silverfish in our bathroom - to top things off, we were promised a credit for the 3-star experience in a 5-star hotel and after checking out we realized it was applied.

I was quite shocked when I got there to notice how dark and dreary the hotel seemed to be. The cleanliness of the room was a huge issue, a moth caught in the light fixture, small insects by the bathtub. When I attempted to ask to change rooms, they told me they had none available. After 3 days (and the moth was still there), they claimed there were no bugs, until I showed the manager the picture. On my last night they told me another room was available, they claimed was an upgrade but was the same class of room. When I spoke to the manager he did credit my parking charge but wouldn’t credit even 1 night b/c of the bugs. I went through MGM customer service who were useless, even trying to deny the bug problem, telling me there is no need to send the pictures. All I can say is avoid this hotel at all costs.

Lipstick on a pig. This is a renovated hotel that does not remotely meet the standards of a W. Room 10917 avoid like the plague. Extremely noisy. Bass on one side, freeways, helicopters and noise on the other. There is almost no sound dampening. The room itself was fine it is a corner suite, very spacious, but the noise is unbearable. We had to check out a night early and move to another hotel. To the credit of the staff they allowed the early checkout with no penalty. The quality of the materials in the room are holiday inn. Cheap towels, holiday inn style bed. Extra charge to use the minibar fridge to store anything of your own $65. Extra charge if you want a mini fridge. Nickel and dime. I was excited to try the new W and no we will never come back.

Amazing service Upgraded us to the "stay well premiere floor" Rooms are nice and clean . Beds are very comfortable Very big nice rooms bathroom was very big And there's 2 bathrooms!! Easy check in and check out, Amazing casinos, good bar Really good fun vibe
