We were very disappointed with our stay. There are no amenities. No complimentary coffee or Keurig cups, no microwave, no coffee cups. The fridge is stocked with overpriced items and there is no room to store cold drinks purchased from a store. The lighting is also poor. Our room was quiet and I had no difficulty sleeping. Best after arrival to ask for an upgrade. For only $10/night extra, we were given a view of the strip at a top floor. Tip - best to get a soft drink or Aquafina from one of the vending machines. Price is only $3 and the soft drinks and bottled water are cold. If purchased at a store, price will be $5-$6.

My wife and I have been to this property dozens of times over the years as our go-to resort. This was our first trip since it became a W hotel and we will not be returning. Just to be clear, absolutely nothing has been changed at this property other than the sign. The rooms, decor, etc are exactly the same. Overall, the hotel is very dated and room quality has gone way down. I paid extra for a corner room, only to get one on the 10th floor. The room had many cracked floor tiles and peeling paint, ceiling, and wallpaper issues. The room no longer had the bluetooth radio clock (no clock at all) and seemed to be stripped of any charm. The floor seemed to have families of 4+ in every adjacent room. We used to come here for the sexiness, charm, and special care they put into the property. The cute quotes and daily updated scents in the lobby were fun and now gone. Overall, you money will go farther elsewhere. Unfortunately, you can't overcome the issues with an aging facility and there's nothing special about the place any longer. Hope this review helps with your decision. We are not going back.

Beautiful 2 room suite with 2 bathrooms. Floor to ceiling views in both rooms. His and hers closets. Safe in room. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Lovely main bathroom with separate huge tub and shower. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion all provided. Our suite had view of Luxor, Mandalay Bay, and airport. I wanted to do VIP experience, but we would have missed it first day because we had a late flight. Also since we are used to Central time zone, coffee is available too late for us. If you do t mind Vegas prices, you can have in room coffee from coffeemaker. So we walked across the street for coffee at McDonalds at 5:30. There is a coffee shop in lobby area, opens 6am. Some did a long walk to Starbucks in Luxor food court. You can buy cheap water at gas station across the street too and coffee of course. This hotel is casino free, but connects to Mandalay Bay. And you get to enjoy Mandalay’s pool complex which is fabulous!

Great hotel with great strip views. The rooms are spacious and two bathrooms was a huge plus! I loved that there is a sitting area separated from the sleeping area and there are televisions and both areas. I will definitely return to this hotel!
