Great family long weekend getaway
Great location with easy tram access to neighbouring properties. Mandalay has a resort feel to it as it features numerous dining and entertainment options on site. We were constantly discovering new areas and shops & restaurants. Enjoyed the Shark Reef Aquarium and all the live music throughout propery, especially the House Of Blues.

Business stay
Good location for Mandalay Bay Convention but 15-30 minutes drive to other major locations. If you are not in a rush, this hotel is good. Otherwise you should find other hotels. Not many shop for shopping, only has one convenience shop so long wait time.

Not the best for a hefty charge.
The bed was fairly comfortable. Check in was embarrassing and inappropriate in VIP. The phone did not work in my room and was not replaced until day 3 of 5. My room was not cleaned for 3 days even thought I asked. Arm chairs were ripped. Overall poor.

Mostly great.
Very comfortable beds and rooms. Good layout of casino and easy check in. Do not go the the Goindation Room, extremely over crowded and impossible to enjoy. They do not limit the amount of people allowed in. Security very unprofessional offering to buy drink for guests while on duty.

Mandalay Bay was Okay
Hotel is becoming run down. Rooms are OK, comfortable but don't compare to other hotels like Ceasars or Aria. The casino is filled with smoke that burns your eyes. The gym is small, but if you want to use the bigger Gym, then you have to pay $25 per day, what?
