A little disappointed for the price. Phone in room didn’t work, ice maker on the floor didn’t work, certain elevators had issues and would t read our key at all so we had to get off and catch a separate one. The so-called wave pool disperses one SMALL wave every 60 seconds- that’s it. Two drinks at the pool bar (one of which was NOT alcoholic) was $50 plus tip. Just ridiculous pricing for zero service. I asked twice to have ice brought to the room And it was promised twice and NEVER SHOWED UP. Just way better hotels for less money and better service

We loved this hotel, but wish it was in a more convenient location. You step inside to a pleasant aroma. We stood in line to check-in (we were early) and they told us our room wasn’t ready but we were notified in was ready within five minutes of leaving the desk. We had a regular room with a king size bed. The room was much larger than what I’m used to seeing. It had a great bathroom setup as well with a shower and a tub. There were multiple closets to store belongings in. Everything was clean. It was a great comfortable stay!

Stayed here before and loved it. Now not so much . Looks tired. There is a homeless man sleeping in the entrance from the strip. Water installations now dry. The pool which was amazing is now charging for guests to sit next to it. Even in off season . The gym for such a big hotel is a disgrace but there is a better gym but they want and extra 25 dollars on top of the crazy high resort fee. Just disgusting. Coffee in your room from paper cup 16 dollars. 20 dollars a day to park. This was once a premium hotel that valued its guest. Now you are treated like an ATM . The slots ratio for wins is so poor. Had nothing here then went to freemont street and had 5 wins in an hour. For a hotel that’s badly situated Mandalay Bay needs to raise its game. I used to love this place it was my favourite hotel , but we won’t stay here again. This was 7th vegas visit there is better out there for the money.

Ridiculous pricing for simple things. Hotel rooms don’t even include basic amenities like microwave, normal size Kuerig, or fridge. Bathroom was dirty. Can’t use the shampoo, body wash while in bath because they are locked into shower stall. Some front desk agents were rude. Backpack was searched when going into the pool area when I had children with me. Can’t take the towels from pool back to the room, so have to walk soaking wet all the way up to your room, which is pretty far away. For the prices you charge, you should be able to take the towel to your own room! 25 bucks for a bottle of water! 16 bucks for two kuerig pods and two paper cups in order to use their very mini coffee maker. Then the coffee maker only made a quarter cup, so it was pretty much wasted. 90 bucks for a mini Vodka 375mL from the “mini bar” 16 dollars for one can of crappy beer like bud light 14 dollars for a tiny thing of pringles 35 dollar for an inter tube, as they no longer rent them. Out of principle, pricing gouging on this level is unacceptable after paying over 300 for the room for one night. Loved the aquarium experience but would never ever stay at this hotel again.
