Ghetto Room

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The TV did not work, outlets near the bed did not work and when I called the front desk no one answered the phone. This room was so ghetto I should have stayed at circus circus. They had the nerve to charge me $40 for parking. I did not like my room at all. The only good thing about it was the bathtub. Also towels were limited in my room.

Good

Wonderful place but be prepared because you have to pay for tons of extra things. Example, you don't even get complimentary coffee in the rooms and there is no Microwave to heat up left overs from the nice restaurants and you can NOT use Fridge

Just okay. Ridiculous fees for lack of access to ammenities.

The sheets and blankets are thin and scratchy. Not at all warm. The fees at this resort are insane especially during a time of year when you couldn’t even access the pools. The app never worked to allow us to use our keys that way. Not would the app sync with my MGM rewards account so I didn’t get credit for my stay. I couldn’t ever access online ordering for restaurants at the hotel. The towels in our room were dirty (other peoples hair on them, makeup on them). We stayed w two young boys for a tournament and we had no access to a fridge for them to keep cold water on hand for them. Rooms are somewhat dated, especially the bathtubs. For what they charge, stay elsewhere.

Bait and Switch

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

I’ve spent over a 1000 nights in different hotels in my life, the bait and switch that occurs with this hotel is very sad. Between the $25 water in the room, no coffee for the coffee machine and the unknown $57 charge added at check out (I used Marriott points to book the room). It was not a good experience, highly recommend against staying at this hotel.

Don’t stay here!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

MGM rewards program didn’t work. Staff was unconcerned and unhelpful at every turn. A fuse blew so the night and the next morning were spent with no lights in the bathroom. First place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t offer complimentary coffee. I’ve been traveling and staying at hotels for over 60 years. Worst experience ever.
