The hotel is well managed and kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Be prepared for shelling out money, though. Everything is an extra charge and, at the time of this writing, a bottle of Aquafina water will cost you $7. If you have the money just lying around, a trip to Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay can be fun and worth it.

App no early check in
Check in Chaotic. App not working for early check in. Paid for but 2 trips to desk and asked to down grade room if I could get in earlier. miraculously room available at 3:01 pm. Not Early check in at all. Frustrating. Room was great. Stay well 59-255 king strip view.

Sunny getaway
The rooms are always clean and the pool is always fun and the staff at the pool are amazing! If you need a cabana Giselle is your gal! She is the best! My only complaint would be the food at the pool has gone downhill, but the cabana hosts will get you border grill if your ask really nice

Great hotel!
We arrived at check in time, but our room was not ready. The woman at the check in was rude and difficult to understand. Thankfully, the concierge, Joseph, helped out and we got right in. The room is gorgeous, the beds and pillows comfy, the room impeccably clean. We would return!

Pools are the best. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. So much to do in the resort. Everything is expensive but that is every where. Made for a fun and exciting girls weekend. Honestly would have extended our stay if we could have got a good deal
