About the Hotel

The world's first ever Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace is a luxury infused, celebrity-driven exhibition. And its guests? We can't quite put our finger on it, but well, let's just say they have a certain je ne sais quoi, not to mention great taste. Immerse yourself in luxury that emerges at every turn, every texture, and every amenity.  Nobu has a distinctly different feel than most Las Vegas hotels, and features Japanese-inspired décor mixed with sleek, modern touches.

Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Room/Location- The hotel is centered in the heart of the hotel. It’s the closest to the casino, parking garage and lobby. The room was spacious and clean. At NOBU they do offer turndown service, waters in room, chocolates on pillow and robes in the bathroom. Staff- they were amazing, friendly and accommodating during my stay. Everyone I met was super helpful in accommodating my needs. Perks- They do have fresh coffee in their lobby from 7-10am in the morning. They also give free cocktail drinks from 5-7pm. The separate gym on floor 72 was also a nice perk. Overview- I would definitely stay here again.

The level of customer service I received during my stay and today when calling in is very unacceptable. When calling in questioning my bill I was yelled and screamed at by a very unprofessional customer service rep. I literally had to tell him before he got started to put a supervisor on the phone because I can see he is very hostile and combative. Which is the nature of the call center I see. the man literally started screaming and yelling at me and started to tell me im being combative and hostile. Because I am questioning a charge on my bill. I will never let my dog stay here. you dont have your own pool, you lie and say its on the 72 floor, you wouldn't bring me extra towels, I missed my show because I was told I couldn't check in at 4 and then was called at 3:56 to tell me my room was ready. called for a wake up call for another event and NOBODY CALLED. Called to ask for help on the wake up call and water brought to the room. The person on the phone said they were front desk and would help. After waiting went downstairs to find out that I made it up. I never talk to anyone at the front desk and the lady has been there the entire time. I was told that I need to just go to the store and buy water. remind you i'm in my robe because of the conversation. after sending me on the wrong floor (elevator malfunction the entire time I was there) told me if I wanted a water to look in the fitness center. these people go out of their way to make your stay uncomfortable. the way I was treated made me wish I would have stayed at the super 8 or holiday inn. I will never gamble nor stay at any of these locations.

Arrived at NOBU hotel for check in at 3:50 pm. Was told check in is not until 4. Ok. Thinking we could just wait the 10 minutes, I asked when a room will be ready. The front desk told us they don’t know. So we went and got some food. Came back around 5. Still no rooms ready. After back and forth at the front desk for a while, a room was ready, at this point it was like 5:30. We have been traveling all day and just wanting to shower and freshen up. Worker at the cabana check in was not helpful at all with helping us with options for a daybed, cabana or canopy. Ended up getting 2 chairs after thinking we were getting a canopy. Was never told a price. The processes in place seem very disorganized.

What a great experience. A hidden gem inside Caesar’s. The staff is fantastic, my room was upgraded to what was probably the best room I have ever stayed in. Thank you Nobu staff for making my trip great.

The Nobu tower was excellent - 1st time i ever stayed in that tower and i was very impressed. I would stay in that tower every trip, but since Caesars removed their poker room, i may not be staying at Caesars in the future.
