Amazing place to stay. Everything is available between the two sister facilities. The spa is an all day venture with the available services and amenities. The customer service is excellent. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and casino space to play a variety of games.

Do yourself a favor and book the "Prestige Club" upgrade! Not only will you be provided free breakfast every morning, but you also get free well drinks every night from 4-7pm, free hot/cold foods every afternoon, free cold water all day and a relaxing lounge to get away from the busy casino floor. What we love about this, you have the ability to enjoy both lounges for the duration of your stay in both the Venetian and the Palazzo and can go back and forth as many times as you wish. Not only this, you don't have to wait in any long lines for check-in either, as when you get to the hotel, you head right up to the Prestige Club floor and check in right there at the desk! Paying for this upgrade really pays for itself in the end. Especially if you plan on purchasing any drinks in Vegas. You won't find anything else like this in Vegas. You do this once, I guarantee you, you will never go to Vegas without this addition to your trip again. It's well worth EVERY penny! Note: Kids are welcome in the Prestige club in the designated areas only

We loved our sphere-view suite. The step-down living room is a great design. incredibly-well maintained room, with great amenities, and beds. We loved our stay, and were spoiled for typical resorts. In the future, I imagine we'll try to stay at Palazzo, or another hotel in its league when visiting Las Vegas.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I always enjoy it. The spacious rooms are nice if you have more than one person staying in them. The hotel is starting to get a little dated but isn’t quite ready for a remodel yet in my opinion. The casino is very laid back and a good time. Pool is very clean and good. I recommend!

The restroom was in a deplorable state, with feces smeared on the wall. The bathroom sink countertop was covered in an excessive amount of hard water spots, as were the shower and tub fixtures. Under the glass of the dresser, there was some liquid pooling, and the drawers were stained from spills. The entry door was problematic, as it did not close quietly and posed a safety risk. Additionally, the office chair near the desk had a broken wheel. To check in, I had to pay for parking, followed by an additional "resort fee" to cover the rest of my stay. Luggage racks were unavailable unless I opted for valet parking. However, I must say that the beds and pillows were quite comfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. From the first encounter to the last they make you feel special, and like you are at a special hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The room was very spacious and well decorated. The casino is large and laid out in a fashion that allows you to move around easily. Overall we loved this hotel and look forward to returning!
