Reviews for The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort

Wonderful stay as a solo traveller

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 hours ago

I stayed here early December. As a solo traveller (meeting friends staying elsewhere) I found the hotel a really comfortable and safe place to stay alone. The reception was excellent and seamless. Arriving off a long flight I had been up almost 24 hours and the front desk operator was highly professional and super friendly. My room was incredible with beautiful views of the mountains, which made me super happy. Room was super clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room was just spacious and a lovely place to relax. The hotel is just lovely with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Be prepared to walk a lot! My only negative is no coffee maker in the room and having to stand in line in the starbucks by the lifts. This was really painful as the line went down so slowly and there seemed to be no urgency of those working there. Everyone just wants to wake up and have a coffee in their room without having to wait up to 40 minutes to get one. This isn't a good part of a good customer experience or the best start to your day, particularly when you have jet lag. The pool area was lovely and quiet (it was December) it was nice to soak up some sunshine. The hotel is in a great location and I walked everywhere. The concierge, luggage and front desk operators were all highly professional, efficient and super friendly. I would absolutely stay here again as a solo traveller. It was so quiet at nighttime also in the room. I am not a big party person so i was in bed early but heard nothing of the party goers. This is a really high quality hotel that is clean and very well maintained with many amenities.

Palazzo may be our new favorite on the strip.

We loved our stay at Palazzo. The suite was amazing, with tons of room, and great amenities. Ten central location on the strip was god for us to visit other places as well. This is the only place to stay if you are going to Sphere to see a show there. You can walk there and back easily, with no need for transportation.

Every room here is amazing. Not an exaggeration, for your money this is easily the nicest place on the strip. There isn’t a hotel with more varied dining options or a more enjoyable shopping area. The rewards program is maybe the best in Vegas, so if you’re going to gamble it should be at the Palazzo.

Happy Holiday Travel!

Very luxurious place to stay. All suites, great service and fun and interesting slot games! From check in to check out, comfort, luxury and courtesy. More elevators to rooms than I've ever seen, with no wait to go up or down and larger inside so not crowded.

Great staff, suite lacking amenities, plenty of dining and entertainment options

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

First and foremost, it was a splurge trip to see the Eagles VIP at the Sphere. This package was actually booked through VIBEE. That part was exceptional. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny. The staff at vibee, The Venetian and the Palazzo is also exceptional in every area that we experienced from valet to flagging down a housekeeper in the hall to switch out some towels. We had a Sphere view suite which was like no other. Room service was astronomical but delicious. Plan for the splurge or walk down to Denny's. Or...just Google affordable places to eat. There's plenty around there. We couldn't save our leftovers from our 2 astronomically high room service meals, because we didn't have an empty refrigerator or a microwave or a coffee maker for that matter. We travel often and abroad. In America, I believe a high-end suite should have an empty refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Even basic hotels pseudo suites have those amenities. In December, it is not swimming pool season which a lot of Northerners think it is. There is a great pool area but I didn't see anyone around. I didn't even bother to ask, because I've been to Vegas in the winter and I know better by now. The Palazzo Tower had great security and every single staff member from check-in to self checkout was exceptional. I believe the staff makes the experience when you know what your budget is and know what you are in for... It all comes down to exceptional staff. It's the place to be if you want to splurge.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. From the first encounter to the last they make you feel special, and like you are at a special hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The room was very spacious and well decorated. The casino is large and laid out in a fashion that allows you to move around easily. Overall we loved this hotel and look forward to returning!
